Shout out to Arianna (omg was it Adrianna?) and Miguel for giving spectacular drive thru service today. How can someone be spectacular in a 4 min interaction? …… Let me tell you. The voice, the energy, the smile. Her and Miguel made suggestions to an otherwise mundane coffee order. Keeping the Starbucks Culture alive and well. I thank you.

If caffeine were a love language, Starbucks would be my soulmate. The baristas here deserve medals for putting up with my sugar free, extra-hot, extra whipped cream, strawberry puree topping-but-not-too-much-puree requests, and somehow nailing it every time. I don’t know what magic they put in those cups, but I’m not asking questions.

This is my local spot on my way to work. I’ve been coming here for a long time but now more since I’m closer. I do order from the app and my food and drink la are always ready on a timely manner. So far I’m trying the fall menu and the cold brew pumpkin is my favorite.
This location is pretty quite and chill. I do recommend to stop by.

For years, I have chosen specifically to come to this location, even though it is not near my home. Mostly, the staff have been professional, enthusiastic, and fun. They have been mostly engaging, but my most recent experience changed all that.

I ordered a venti strawberry acai with light ice. What I received was a venti more than 50% full of ice, and water instead of lemonade. The lid was also not secured properly so it popped off when I went to take a sip and spilled all over as I was driving. I had to go home and change. Later that day, I went by and asked the person working drive thru, if they could make a new one with no charge, if not, no big deal, I'd pay for it. I guess Miguel is manager now and he was rude and unprofessional (there's a more precise term, but I will not use it here). He even mocked my name. He didn't apologize for the mistake earlier, remade the drink with an attitude, and degraded me in the process. It was enough for me to call corporate. I will not go back there as long as he works for Starbucks. In fact, I will probably finish using my rewards at another location and stop going to Sbux altogether. As a customer who has gone to this location, almost every day (except while they remodeled), for two years, I just don't feel it is worth it if someone is going to treat me like this over a $6 Venti Acai they made wrong in the first place. The treatment left a bad taste that has caused this location to lose about $500/month from my family alone. I hope Sbux takes this review seriously and re-educated Miguel on the appropriate manner to treat customers, especially loyal customers who experienced an error with their order.

In this location, it is pointless to do online order as they take forever. Drive through is also pointless as it take double the time of any other Starbucks I have being to, definitely don't order here if your in a rush.

Homeless at Starbucks at 15810 Pines Blvd,
They allow Homeless people siting outside in the tables at Starbucks, sleeping with Backpacks over the tables, that gives very bad impression, Starbuck's must Not allow this to happens, should call the police to remove them, they buy a $1.00 cup of coffee, then stay sleeping over the tables, very disgusting, this has been happening for over 2 weeks. Is a couple o young man and a woman.
Where is the manager of this Place?

The guy in the drive thru really was bad, acted like he didn’t want to be there. The coffee was horrible as well that I ordered. Also, Starbucks needs to stop having their employees put a tipping option in our face in the drive-through. The company needs to pay their employees more, not on our dime. Especially for mediocre service and not so great coffee
