A newer, fairly modern Starbucks. Staff is very helpful; spacing of tables and decor makes the atmosphere somewhat sterile.

I absolutely love going here. I'm in anywhere from 2-4 mornings a week and the staff always just make my day. So sweet and so friendly.

I purchased the maple butter chicken sandwich and yesterday and felt like about an hour after eating it. I felt sick for the rest of the day and found out later that Starbucks administered a voluntary recall of the sandwiches due to it failing to meet "quality standards" a week prior to me purchasing the food in the store. I understand the recall was voluntary, but its frustrating to know that the person making decisions at this store didn't choose to pull this sub par product. The staff have been polite and quick when I have ordered there in the past, but I will not go again because management doesn't seem as concerned about quailty control.

Had a lovely experience at this location. Went in and wasn’t sure what I wanted. Luckily, Maur told me how great the chocolate cream cold brew was and since then, I am hooked!! He was extremely helpful and made my day. Thank you!

Its a nice place and workers, but as always when you are vegan yo have to pay extra for alternative milk or spread. Also in the morning should have more people to help.

I love and always have great experiences in starbucks, but for the first time today was not the usual and I have been in so many different starbucks for so many years. Today I had a really bad experience with the customer service. One of the attendees was in training and he was the one making my order which is ok, but it was taking too long (20 mins) because he was putting attention in other conversation that his trainer was having with other person, actually she was not training him or helping him instead she was making a drink for her and having conversation with other people. I asked her when my orther was going to be ready, and she "the trainer" responded "is his first date and I am training him" Then she started talking with other coworkers and continue with her drink, but she never stopped to help the new person. Before I left i told the new guy it was not his fault and that he was doing great, but that his trainer was supposed to be helping him, plus she was rude and disrespecfull. Please take notes, this is not a good image for Starbucks.

Manager on Valentines day 02/14/22 with the horrible attitude ignoring me and avoiding eye contact. Besides the fact the drink tasted like burnt coffee, when I ask for an extra shot he kept me waiting for it helping clients they where after me. Slurring in front of clients talking about personal issues to top it off
