Just left the Starbucks on Pines & 184th. The service was mediocre as usual. This time was because the cashier in drive thru was too busy talking to the other barristas crowded around her about how they wouldn't want to celebrate their wedding anniversary on the same day as their birthday. So because of their long, drawn out conversation she and the other barristas ignored me and I was unable to get my phone scanned for points toward my order. They really need customer service training from Kim at the Starbucks on Weston Rd. Her staff is friendly, attentive, cares about the customers, and makes better coffee.

This is my local Starbucks which I am a regular at, however yesterday I experienced the worst and rude customer service ever! This was all thanks to Daniella who was extremely irritated by me asking if she could please give me the cake pops that I had ordered for my daughter. We had already gotten our drinks and she was the cashier….not making any drinks….so I thought I’d ask her since she was not busy at that specific moment. I walked over, politely asked, said please and her reply was: I’m busy and backed up. She then turned around and started preparing some food items. But only after I asked. Before this….she was doing nothing! I was with my daughter and was not going to cause a scene so I continued to patiently wait. Next time, I will make sure to speak to a manager which I may still do since I go there all the time!

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and paid $6.15, but this is what I got (see photo). It was watery, with a strange yellow color that looked like artificial dye. Honestly, it didn’t taste like coffee at all — more like some random mix. Very disappointing and makes you wonder what kind of “drink” they are actually serving us. Definitely not acceptable for Starbucks.

I’ve patroned this store four times with the same drink that I've ordered for over 20+ years… And they still haven't gotten it right and include a bad attitude when remaking it.

Don’t bother doing mobile, orders, ahead of time. I put my order in and then had to wait 13 minutes for a chocolate chip cookie. That’s all I ordered! I sat there and watched people walk in order these large, extravagant drinks and get them long before me. I finally walked up to the counter and asked where my order was, and was told it would be on the way. All I wanted to do was treat myself, and instead, I end up late for work. Thanks a lot!
Honestly every single time I've gone, I've had only positive experiences. I always feel welcomed and at home. if it's taking long, try and understand there's more customers who came before you. and trust me when i say this. the drinks especially the salted caramel cream cold brew. It's always done perfectly. ALWAYS, i've tried in other starbucks. and it's not the same.

I go every day about the same time I order on app all the time I came a little to early and the girl gave me such a big attitude and told me next time wait longer and gave me my two drinks with the biggest attitude slammed one of them and didn’t even look at me to hand me the other one . Bad customer service that’s not how you treat everyday customers or any customer the coffee there is not cheap either !!!!
