So surprised to find the restaurant inside the YMCA building, but the sandwich was delicious! The young lady who prepared it told me that many people like to eat a healthy sandwich after working out! She was very friendly and I could tell she enjoyed her job!
I love the Y not only because the ride range of classes included in the membership but because of all different activities geared towards the family. There is something for everyone, from family Yoga, to kickboxing, teen fitness, zumba, Tabatha, circuit training, spinning, zumba and the list goes on.
