I stopped at this subway last week to get the advertised 7.00 foot long sub on tv they told me they dont partisipate in this advertisement.....i left

Gentleman to tonight offer the worst service his attitude sucks and when ask for more vegetables he catches the biggest attitude like you don’t like the job then quit or don’t do the application I work hard for my money and expect respect when I choose to spend it with a company

Haven’t been to subway in 4 years… went today to try the tuna sandwich… I would’ve rather not eaten. I see why Subway is closing.
Staff didn't speaks English but everything was good as the service.

I bought a 2 Tuna Foot Long with pepperoni, meals + extra bag of chips. Bill came to $42+. Keep in mind its 4 pieces of pepperoni and the Tuna is the base meat.
I NEVER look at the receipt but I didnt like the way the lady was speaking to the worker she was training and my gut told me something was off.
First off, some lady (im assuming the manager) comes out and eyes my subs being made and in a rude manner questions the portions to her employee. I saw the scoops they were regular sized scoops. I didnt ask for extra or double Tuna.
Then she is micro managing her the whole way through and the lady is giving me scraps of veggies. 4 pieces of green peppers, 4 pieces of jalapeños, 4 tomatoes slices, and a super small amount of black olives. I wasnt even that hungry so i didnt care and felt more bad for the employee and the rude lady micro managing her BUT its the PRINCIPLE
The rude manager lady the rings up my order. It comes to $42+. As I was eating it, I glanced over at the receipt and saw the charges:
+$4 per sub for adding pepperoni ?
+$2 for extra Tuna ?
I got up and went and spoke to Mr Krabs. I asked her whatsup with the $2 charge and what does that mean? She says because her employee gave me extra Tuna ???
Even my 10 yr old son was confused by her logic. This lady is nuts and she is robbing ppl. Now Im just thinking about $4 extra charge for 4 pieces of pepporoni too!
On top of that when she asked me if I was eating in and I said YES.. she made a face.
And to top it all off, she said i went in the other day and took sodas without paying ... i havnt been to that place in years! ??? Stay away from this Mr Krabs ran place. She'll take your dollars 1 by 1 and make you pay for what she thinks is her employees mistake. Employee made no mistake. I got a normal portion. The manager is just a thief. They want all your money and want to give you scraps in return.
She thought she was right the whole time too! Smdh
Im going to gi back and order the same order and provide receipt and pictures and speak with corporate

5/18/2024 Friday night. Curly haired, dark skin male locked the doors hours before closing time. He was seen eating and relaxing. He refused to let any customers inside the restaurant. I suggest this restaurant be closed down for good. Management is absent. Customer service issue is daily. This is the restaurant with the most one star reviews in West Pembroke Pines.

If I could give zero Stars on everything I would place an order online yesterday and once again the women inside were so unbelievably rude did not acknowledge I was in the store let alone for an online order get my sandwiches home the bread looks like it's a month old the order isn't right this is not only the first time this is several times this place is disgusting it should be shut down I don't know how hard it is to find somebody who can put together a sandwich that is already premade for them but everything from her attitude to that sandwich was totally disgusting you people should be ashamed of yourselves I wouldn't be to my dog let alone my 97-year-old mother I threw the whole order in the garbage..

Horrible customer service from your staff and this location, from the time enter to check-out and god forbid you try to communicate about your order they refuse to acknowledge you. They messed up a veggie order and then proceeded to charge me extra for the veggie patties. The other staff proceeded to put the veggie patties in a bowl for me to add instead of putting it into the sandwiches. These staff at this location needs a training on customer service and customer experience.

We ordered curbside this afternoon and were greeted by this lovely hard working lady as she handed us our food outside. What a precious soul and lady, even apologized for a little delay due to clearly being the ONLY employee on duty, working the entire store. SUBWAY ! You need to do better, overworking a loyal employee like that, just absurd! I felt so bad for her, I wished I could’ve helped her. Thank you to that kind lady for her hard work and our delicious subs.
