The person working the counter today was so nice! She really took her time making my sandwich and even made some great suggestions. I’ll for sure be coming back the next time I’m in the mood for Subway.

I was there June 16th 10 pm-11 pm almost closing she has black hair I forgot her name she was a superstar she made me the bear subway ever she was so happy being nice and helping me and my fiancé we only come to this subway now because of how good her service is. She is amazing and great customer service I will be back next week.

Bad service, they charged a little more than what we asked for, however we let it go because the difference was very little (the girls' mistake). Then the manager, rudely, told us that we had to pay even more.

The two ladies that made my sandwiches, were absolutely amazing!! They made two of the best sandwiches I have ever got from Subway. The independantly owned stores are so stingy on toppings. Not the case here!! I will only buy from here in the future!!

I come here very often and I said I wasn’t going to write this but I am this subway is in Walmart by Pembroke lakes mall and I come here and have lunch on my break every other day and the food is good the customer service is terrible and I’m not the only one that feels this way one worker name Flo I think that’s her name has a very nasty attitude she’s there VERY OFTEN, she rushed me while I was trying to put in my order. I witness them also be rude to the Walmart associates because they so called were “disturbing other customers” when they weren’t they were just laughing. As I stated the subway is in Walmart they stated to the Walmart associates if “you didn’t buy food you need to get out” Ofcourse associates are going to sit in there on their break. A customer who also comes here on their lunch stated they reported to the manager about the same issue but no response. Only good thing I can say is the night crew with the young lady and gentleman have the upmost repeat towards customers.
