Excellent attention and service at Subway with Edrisel. Their attention was impeccable and very generous when preparing my order. All the vegetables were fresh and the sandwich was perfect. I will definitely return to this place. Recommended!

I went here thinking this was a better subway than the one west on Taft. They are both in need of capable employees who care. Hire different employees or don’t open a franchise. Where is roast beef? None so sub it with something else, maybe 1 to 2 oz of beef on a sandwich?!?! Let’s get a better crew. Lost a customer

I had a horrible experience at this subway and was never served because the employee in the store did not speak English at all. She was the only employee in the restaurant and could not talk to me or take my order. She only spoke Spanish. This owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. Only taking orders and assisting Spanish customers. This is America

This place needs to be shut down. I threw my sandwich in the trash because I really shouldn’t have ordered it to begin & here’s why.
There’s a cleanliness problem at this location. There were flies flying around the store & a dead fly on the top of the silver over they now use to block guests from seeing them make your sandwich. I asked for packets of mustard & mayo & they only had expired packets of mustard. My guess is that if there’s a fly infestation going on in the front of the house then there’s certainly something nasty going on in the back. I highly discourage eating here. Flies inside a restaurant that has open food sitting on the counter isn’t a good sign. A box filled with old condiments sitting there & not getting tossed out until a guest asks for some is a red flag that no inventory is taking place. I literally almost told the cashier that they need to buy a fly trap.

This branch has inexperienced people. They don’t know how to serve the customers. It seems they are not happy with their job. Also the cold drinks fountain is broken. Very upset with their service.

3rd time I come to this subway asking for a brócoli soup only to find the employees on their phone watching videos to tell me they ran out. Literally get off your phone and make some more. They seriously need to enforce their management staff in this location.

I got to the subway before closing time this particular location closed at 11pm I got there at 10:40 pm and all the doors were locked as the employee waved us off . I just wanted a sandwich and the food was still out . Don’t come here

On tuesday ,March 5 2024 at 9:52 pm I was refuse service the young lady there seem like didn't want to work...she was on her phone the whole time and ask her politely for 5 different items from the menu and the respond was we don't have with a nasty attitude....

I went in to get a sandwich, both employees ignored me on Sunday Match 3rd 2024, No one acknowledge me nor my two kids under the age of five. I waited 7mins .The young man working had a bad attitude for he seemed to be upset before I entered and was throwing the food prep bins around, I walked out with no one again acknowledging me. Worst customer service! I will not go there again and I will advise family and friends as well!

This location isn't the best there's just 2 people there to collect a check. Don't get into the restaurant industry if you don't have a passion for it. The bread was hard the sauce on the sandwich was very little. Ordered veggie sub...never again I'll go to a different subway
