Just cause we doordashers dont mean you cant read our orders and put the right things on it .... they need to do something about it , i ordered tuna without tomatoes and lettuce and they still put it in there especially with olives when i asked for pickles ... refunding immediately. 😒 12/06/2025 8pm

Honestly I haven’t visited Subway in awhile, some years, so recently I received some great coupons in the mail, so I decided to give it a try First of all the young lady that was working was very kind and pleasant, I like that when it comes to customer service! Next since I had not eaten an original sub in years, my sandwich was so good! I had tuna with all the fresh vegetables, I also had a chocolate chip cookie, awesome visit and I will be returning Because the price is very reasonable and the food is great!

I live 2 blocks away, ordered only a wrap, DoorDash delivered to me a wrong order, I was able to contact the driver, he came back and picked up the wrong order to go a change it, 30 minutes later I called him again to ask for my food, he told me that the restaurant took over and they will send a new order with another driver. I call the restaurant, the phone is disconnected... Now I don't have who and where to claim my food or my refund... THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!! What a frustrating experience.
