I had an awful experience with customer service. I walked in at 12 p.m. on 9/11/2024 and was not greeted. I asked a woman with braids, wearing a black shirt, for two 6-inch subs with white bread and turkey. She ignored me and kept asking, “What can I get for you?” even as I repeated my order. She never took my order, so I ended up leaving. This kind of service is unacceptable and has cost your business a potential customer and revenue.

Got there at 1:10 they didn’t want to sell me anything because they said they were closing at 1:30pm makes no sense at all.

Worst ever, I ordered a meal and just the sandwich was delivered... not sure if they know how online service works... the lady I called said that the Uber eats driver was responsible for picking up the drink and the chips in the order... don’t think Uber Eats are paid to do that besides the delivery!
A good place to grab a quick snack but the staff attitudes are horrible. First time trying this location and I was greeted with rush and attitude, this can be very bad for business if it’s not changed.

Subway of course you have many c hoices for what ever your taste and the full sub does good for a hearty apetite and less hearty sub can equal 2 meals w the greens on them if u choose
