Every restaurant in the city should have their own Ciara, she was amazing!

We had a birthday celebration tonight at Sushi Sake, and Ciara went above and beyond. The service was outstanding, and we all enjoyed our food and felt super comfortable with the table accommodations.

What impressed me most is that the excellent service started even before we arrived, with kind and timely communication through Instagram DMs right from the beginning.

Ciara was kind, respectful, and consistently attentive, always with a warm smile and a beautiful attitude.

I absolutely loved this place and was over joyed that it was close to home. Although at times the food would be subpar, when the food did come out right it was amazing. I ordered takeout one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, but unfortunately I experienced food poisoning that evening and called the restaurant the next day to advise them. My concerns were if there were maybe some food that was left out or reheated or just to have them use precautions being that I’m in the medical field and wouldn’t want anyone else getting sick. I called twice and left a message for the manager and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I’m sad that I won’t be able to enjoy food at this location again. But I had to leave a review regarding this.

Absurd they charge for spicy mayo when nobody else does! and we are paying for a dish that consists mostly of rice and veggies with a penny size of protein? But spicy mayo side which costs them less then 5 cents to make we get charged a $1 for. Well here is the best part! After ordering takeout and going to pick it up and confirming with the worker that the spicy mayo is in the bag I left thinking everything I paid for was there.
Unfortunately when getting home there was no spicy mayo to be found…. The sushi was for my kids and as kids are they won’t eat something without a sauce… so I’m out $60 on sushi but at least the person on the phone suggested I come pick it up isn’t she a smart one… at least the manager had some common sense to offer somebody drive the 35 min to my house to deliver the spicy mayo… but at that point the sushi would be dry and stale and not so fresh and my kids would be screaming…. I asked them to remake my whole order but they declined… so instead they get this review and my husband will be reviewing them as well on Yelp. Oh and I’ll most likely dispute the entire charge with my card

Recommended dishes: Ceviche Tostones, Miami Heat Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll

I was on vacation in Pembroke and we ate sushi Miami rolls, really delicious. But the best thing and what earns 10 points was the rice with pineapple, it was exquisite on the palate, I really recommend this place, it is cozy, the waiters are very friendly, one day I will return ? ?
