Sushi Song - Pembroke Pines

Sushi was good but the atmosphere was very uncomfortable, specifically because this waitress (dont know her name) was constantly staring at us and watching us eat. She almost refused to serve us because we brought our own boba drinks, meanwhile they're upcharging for their own water, so it's not like we had options. We were finally let in but anytime one of us took a sip of our drink, this lady would come and tell us we can't do that here. We're definitely not coming back again. There is plenty of competition out there for great sushi with better customer service. This happened a year ago (forgot to leave my review)

Patty was very rude to me and telling me that it’s required to tip. My bill came out to $24 And I gave her $30 and she asked me to give her more tip because it’s FOR TAKE OUT!!!!!!! required Nowhere it shows that it’s required and she was very rude to me.

Definitely a hidden gem! Everything was amazing. We tried the gyoza, bao buns, Miami Heat roll, Spiderman roll, and Maine Lobster Volcano roll. Everything is made fresh to order. The service was great, too.

We have been to other Sushi Song restaurants and this one in Pines was a little too off today. I must say that Patty the waitress was incredibly rude to my wife and I. Her service was very unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job then she should be replaced as I noticed the signs looking for a server on the window. We would have ate a lot more food but she just kept annoying us and made the experience too rushy and not pleasant. This business also has a serious problem with the sunlight gleaming and reflecting right into your face while you're trying to enjoy a pleasant meal. None of the food in this establishment came adorned with edible flowers like the other Sushi Song restaurants we have visited before or like you see in their pictures. We only recommend the Sushi Song on 441 and Hollywood Blvd.

My Fiancé and I LOVE this place. There is also one in Hollywood which is good too, but we prefer this one because it has a more chill vibe. It's the ultimate date spot, and they remember you every time you come back. The atmosphere inside is so much nicer than the outside advertises it to be. Pick-up is always good too. They are super quick and friendly, whether dining in or taking out. Highly Recommend!!

Good quality Petty excellent service

Petty was excellent, fresh sushi and sashimi very hard working employees

Been here 2 times both being incredible experiences. Server is fast and the food is very fresh. I had to buy another one of their ginger dressing because of how good it was. Petty was very sweet and attentive. I’m looking forward to the next time i come to eat here.

If you come here please be warned, I went here on a Thursday night no where on the menu does it say that the sauce comes on top of the food. So to my suprise when I got my food back and there was eel sauce all over I asked why? The lady answered me back rudely and said it was made known to me so I kindly asked for her to show me where as it was never made mentioned to me nor, was it on the menu. Once she seen that she was indeed wrong she then became distant, unwilling to resolve the issue and had a very rude attitude with me. It’s like being that I already paid she knew there was nothing I could do and she wasn’t willing to resolve the need or make sure I was happy. I’d at least apologize. This place is NOT good when it comes to customer service wise and I’m warning you if you have any issues with your order here please be careful because customer service and how you feel is not prioritized. I even examined the way that the lady treated the other customers in front of me. I’m not saying she was racist but I wouldn’t be surprised if she was because everyone she treated a certain way. Please take precaution when coming here. Especially being the food is SO expensive I spent over $37 I should be made happy. Never coming again!

Look at the abomination they sent me. I ordered the pork belly bao buns takeout!
DO NOT ORDER! They sent me this.. not only did they use some random buns but they burned them so bad and the pork too.. that you could smell how burned it was from outside the styrofoam box. It was 100% inedible. WHY EVEN SELL IT LIKE THAT? SO CRAZY. Never ordering from this location again. First and last time. 0 STARS!

Rude people, horrible service, okay food

Ordered pork belly bao buns because they looked really good in the picture and did not get anything even close to that. I got some nasty ham and coleslaw sandwich on a Hawaiian roll. Disgusting and not worth the money. Looks like they’ve been doing this for at least 2 years based on this review

the food is very delicious. But I didn't like something with the waitress, I spent $60, I tipped $10 and she was very dissatisfied, she made ugly faces at me, she was furious, very unpleasant. I think she has the wrong job.
