This is one of the filthiest and nastiest locations I've ever visited. I wanted to order a limited time item that wasn't in the kiosk and nobody would assist me. When I asked a young gentleman he went to the kiosk in a bad mood, couldn't find it either, and went back inside the kitchen and left me standing there... After about 5-8 minutes waiting at the counter I asked him again if there was somebody to help me and he just replied "well, I'm leaving soon so I can't". The lack of management is unbelievable for a location in a high transit area like this one.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They have the door locked during service hours. The manager is scratching his skin and making food with the same pair of gloves. The drive thru girl has absolutely no customer service skills put her skinny ass to make the tacos or to clean since she wants to be mute so bad. Don’t waste your time coming here unless desperate for food!

The manager Lazaro is running this establishment horribly. There’s never any sauce , or cups , or holders for the sour cream and these guys always have a long line because they’re staffed incorrectly . Someone needs to look at this location ASAP it’s frustrating everytime you come here they are out of something and you have one guy fighting hard to make all the foor

Been coming to this taco bell for a couple weeks. They are always out of ingredients, really slow, and on top of that the food is sometimes stale.
Most recently the told me they were out of cups for dipping sauce- and refused to refund me for the dippable burritos without the sauce
Needs new management- avoid this location at all costs

Upon arrival, two cashier/drive-thru employees were outside having a conversation with a friend in a car. I tried to catch the attention of one of the food station employees inside but was unsuccessful. So, I waited at the front service desk for a few more minutes before one of the employees who had been outside walked back in. She passed me without asking if I needed anything, so I had to catch her attention to let her know I was waiting for an in-store pickup.
She handed me my bag, but upon inspection, I found that both the chips and fries were tossed around inside. She provided me with a cup for my drink, but when I went to the drink station, I noticed small flies flying around, and there were no lids available. I returned to the counter and waited again. Another girl came up from the food station to assist a customer with his order. I asked her for a lid, but she didn’t acknowledge me before walking away. After finishing her task, she returned to ask what I needed.
Now, regarding the food: the beef in two of my items was tough and tasted old. Most of my items were cold, except for the nacho cheese. Everything else—the fries, tacos, and chips—was also cold. Very disappointed.
Literally waiting for over 30 minutes on a long line to order meanwhile the employees are going outside to smoke weed. A line with over 8 cars and the employees don’t even care. The line is at a stand still while employees going outside to smoke weed.

Just went to this Taco Bell, at 11:25pm, about to place my order when employee tells me dining room is closed. Told her the door says 12:00am. She tells me the registers are closed and I should go to the drive thru. Reason I went inside is because I didn't want the drive thru. I rushed and made it to my favorite Taco Bell on University and Pines! The best!

Quite literally the WORST taco bell I've ever been served at, understaffed, long wait times, and no communication with customers, I placed an order and my mobile app said it would be ready at 7:11pm. I'm currently still standing, waiting for my order and no one seems to want to acknowledge the crowd of people in the lobby waiting for their food. Why have the option to mobile order if the service is pointless. I saw people walk in, order on the tablet, and get their food before mine was ever made. 30+ minute wait time for some tacos, truly ridiculous
