i visited this location tonight, quite late, and the service was wonderful. my order was prepared quickly, and the person at the window was extremely friendly and helped me get on my way with everything i needed. yum!

I just finished going through the drive thru at this Pembroke Pines Taco Bell (store #015777) The drive thru cashier (Delilah) was VERY RUDE!! She hands me my bag, I look through it and tell her she gave me the wrong order. She then decides to argue with me that that's my correct order?? I tell her no it's not. I ordered chips with cheese and she tells me that's what we call our fries and cheese?? Ummm no, if I wanted the fries I would've ordered fries and cheese, but instead I ordered chips with cheese. Then I tell her I ordered the street tacos and she continues to tell me that I didn't?? She grabs my bag, SLAMS THE WINDOWS SHUT and THEEEEN grabs the fries and eats one as she walks away?? HELLO?? Is she serious?? I've tried calling the store 5 times to speak with manager but no one answers?? I just called corporate and handled the complain with them.
the food isn’t as good as other taco bells and they didn’t have any fries they also didn’t have a good baja blast cause it was way to watery i honestly wouldn’t come back here

Man this place is crazy. There’s actually no one working the cash register… there are guys who have been here waiting for food for over 30 minutes and there’s literally no one to talk to lol. I put in a mobile order 30 minutes ago and they haven’t started making it.
