I really like this Taco Bell located in Pembroke Pines. The employees there are kind and very professional. The same can't be said to the one in Coral Springs that I used to dine at last year. So whenever I am in the area traveling for work or play I make sure to make a pit stop at the Taco Bell in Pembroke Pines. BTW, the one Taco Bell to avoid is located off Wiles Road.

I went to get an online order and I picked it up like normal. When I got home, I noticed they forgot some of my items. I decided to call and the guy on the other line just started arguing and saying he did put them in when I checked it and they aren't there. I even checked again after the call and yeah, he forgot them. He then refused to give me a refund and told me I had to drive all the way back to the Taco Bell if I wanted my items. Terrible service, never going back.

It's a new year writing this review in hopes that it works when it comes to food because yes we like taco bell but this was beyond disgusting bought different combos to see hair bad lettuce old tortillas I took photos that I hope I can post on here because it's unsanitary for us I think management needs to do better at checking the night staff and overall this particular store second bad experience the reason why I felt it needed to be mentioned

Supposedly it opens at 8 and I went at 8:05 and they told me 10 more minutes I came back at 8:25 and they still say they are not open change the opening hours please since they are not able to open early

The worst drive thru in all of Miami, I've been in line for 40 minutes and I still have 8 cars ahead of me, super slow, the worst thing is that it's only to pick up an order that I ordered 15 minutes before arriving and they told me it wasn't ready and that I had to wait in line.

Dont visit as often so have to look at the menu, the person taking the order was rushing and irritated. My daughter was giving me her order, and the person taking the order ...ready? Ready?.... Also, order a drink as freeze and at the window got it as regular drink. For such rush. Take the order correct, 30$ for 2 people bad service. And food its just ok. Now I remember why dont go as often.
Went to the drive thru at 12:57 to only order one item and they literally ignored me never eating here again
