The worst service they give at Taco Bell. I ordered a superior taco and a cantina taco box meal. The delivery took more than ten minutes. The food came mixed up and messed up inside a bag. In addition, the staff at the counter was rude. If you want bad service and food that comes poorly served, go.

I am writing to express my concern about the consistent issues at your Pines location. The service is extremely poor, the food quality is below standard, and the wait times are unreasonably long due to a clear lack of adequate staffing.
This location reflects poorly on the Taco Bell brand. I strongly urge you to address the management and staffing concerns, as the community deserves a better experience from this restaurant.

Marimaid is typically working the drive thru. I am always met with rude conduct from her. I try to let it go, assuming she's having a bad day, but today was wild. I asked for an ice water. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for it and she didnt give it to me. I asked for it on the speaker. She never says a word. She is very rude to customers- I see her interact often. Im unsure why she is so rude. I hope someone can speak to her, otherwise I'll have to speak to a manager about her rudeness bc its wild lol.
Edit: i see another one star review about her and they menitoned not extending her arm. I agree! Ive always noticed this about her. I always have to basically reach inside the drive thru window to get anything from her. Ive always tried smiling and being kind to her, but she is full of rude intentions. She is not a friendly drive thru worker at all.

LONG WAIT for the drive through. Over 35 minutes!!! I would have left but the way the drive through is set up, you can't escape once you're in line!

Horribly slow, I had to go in to order. The floor is sticky, dirty placer, no A/C, I felt like I was inside a Sauna. Cant believe how this people can work in here.
Spent 30 minutes to get from the line to the window last night. Female at the window was extremely rude. Would make you have to basically get out of your car to reach the food because she didn’t want to extend her arm more than 6 inches from where she was standing. It seemed to be super busy while one girl was right next to her the whole time I was at the window scrolling through Instagram, trying to hide behind the sign on the window. And when I get home, they didn’t even put the nachos for both of the boxes we got. I really don’t understand people sometimes. If you are unhappy with your job or do not want to work, DONT WORK!

Went through the drive thru..... absolutely wonderful experience on a Sunday evening. Food was actually excellent, tortilla not dried out or toasted too long, was perfectly hot and fresh on my burrito, beans great consistency, not dried out. Way to go team!!!

Very bad service have been on the drivethru line for over 15 mins just to get to the window and someone very rudely saying we're closed. There a whole line still in the drive thru can't get any food n we are stuck in the drivethru.

They purposely have on an announcement at 11:30 PM saying they are closed when they are supposed to be open until 1 AM. I did finally get my order in however the girl at the window was extremely unfriendly. It’s not my fault she’s miserable. Maybe it’s management’s fault for not hiring enough people I don’t know. My point is if she doesn’t want to work there, she should just quit.
