Honestly, I've been going to this taco bell since 2010. Ive seen it at its best, worst and ive seen it turn around again lately. I don't know if they're under new management, but I noticed a change. The orders are more accurate. Also, its Taco Bell, Fast food doesnt exist anymore. Covid messed up a lot of things and all you customers need to remember that. So if you dont have time to wait in drive thru or in the lobby, then find another establishment. Im fine waiting for my food to be accurate and properly expedited.My experience tonight was waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I popped on some Squid Games and waited my turn. I ordered grilled cheese nacho fries, cheesy gordita crunch no lettuce, 12 pk cinnabon delights, side of creamy jalapeño sauce and a pepsi. When i got my order, i parked in the parking lot and checked my order. I opened the fries, it looked like a burrito. So I went back in and asked if could get a new one bc i didn't see fries. The lady took it and brought me back a more desirable grilled cheese nacho fries. They were surprisingly and amazingly awesome! It eliminated my craving for a grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries. The rest of my food was good too.Thank you Taco Bell Miramar for continuing to provide us service. Chick-Fil-A will be opening soon next door so it's going to get crazier in that mall. Be safe and happy holidays

Day shift and food- expected, quick, warm. Night shift- horrible. I wish you would fire all of them they’re that bad. Every time I go they tell me they are making only tacos or only one item and are out of everything (this is at 9-10pm where things should still be made since they’re open for a couple more hours and have Uber Eats customers on top of drive thru). Tonight the lady waited to tell me they were out of tenders when I literally saw them behind her. When I pointed it out she went over there with no glove and put it in a box. The manager (lady with dreads sorry I got no names) she said we just got a couple more hours to make the lady who lied to me happy? Then while she was doing all this she held my credit card and walked around where I could no longer see her. is this allowed to bring people’s money and cards away from the register? I will never ever ever ever go to this location again and ESPECIALLY at night! Watch out here. Go drive to another location if you want the food and not feel like your credit card is being compromised.
