Whoever made the potato pudding on Saturday October 26th made it with love and should only make it moving forward. It was divine...amazing! The best I've everrrr had! It was decent the other times I ordered but this time... Perfection! The patties were top notch as always!

I passed by Taste Rite last weekend while getting my car looked at Tires Plus. The delightful aroma emitting from the bakery is enough to stop anyone in their tracks but I already got a bite to eat at Dunkin across the street so I didn’t stop in so I was so happy when my Mom said she got some while at Tires Plus too. She even went back after leaving after I requested some which made me so happy. The patties are so good. I would definitely get more!

I have been visiting this Jamaican bakery for quite a long time, and let me tell you, I used to work for a larger established Jamaican Bakery, and I wouldn't think of letting them know I was enjoying the variety of patties which includes the beef and shrimp patty which are my favorite from a local bakery. The Jamaican flavor and the crust texture that brought me back to my childhood day in Jamaica minus the box juice that brings me back to this store once a week to restock. I love this bakery and recommend it to anyone.
Your patties are a Five Star but your soup is 2 1/2 stars. I had the Red Peas soup and wont try again. One piece of meat 1 inch by 1 inch, 2 whole Red Peas lots of water and slice vegetables. Value for money NOT good. Have not tried the other soups so cannot review.

I appreciate the help from the Taste Rite associates, however, we recently placed an order for cocktail patties for our sons birthday party. To our dismay the patties made everyone sick. We did have other foods at our party but only individuals who had the patties became ill. When I called to complain I was told that no one else became sick from their patties, however, I expect to be listened to especially with such a serious concern like food poisoning. The response I received was that it was likely something else I served at our party. It was duly noted that Walmart, Publix, and Aldi had a listeria breakout for deli meats. We did not server deli meats at our event. In fact, because I was busy hosting I was one of the few guests who ONLY had patties. I've been sick since Saturday night and so have many of the other guests. I've never reported anything before but because 100% of the guest who had patties fell ill I was obligated to report this to the DBPR and FDACS to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please stay safe. It should also be noted that we are not firat.time customers and ALWAYS order from Taste Rite. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because this was such a horrible experience.
