Went there today and i cant believe that i pay so overpriced yogurt which was so gross !!! Next time you can flush the money down the toilet would be more usefull. SHAME !

I believe this might be my first low star review and it’s unfortunate, but this experience actually deserves a 1 star. I brought my family to this location, purchased four cups of their frozen yogurt, each with toppings. Upon tasting, we recognized that the toppings were stale. We asked the young lady how could we ask for a refund for ONE of the cups. She called the manager and my wife spoke with him. The manager was not willing to refund ONE of the cups. We asked for our money back because we could not eat that frozen yogurt with stale toppings nor did we want to get another one. We didn’t ask to refund all of them even though my oldest also complained of her toppings being stale (different than what we got). We asked for ONE to be refunded. The manager was rude with my wife and sadly didn’t seem to care about providing a level of service that brings satisfaction to its customers. Unsure how TCBY keeps a franchise owner who runs the business this way.

I was disappointed with my experience at this establishment. Upon entering, I noticed the display cakes appeared quite old, with faded icing. They were so unappetizing to look at. Additionally, there were numerous out-of-order signs on the pumps, and one of the flavors (that didn’t have an ‘out of order’ sign on it) sprayed liquid everywhere when my husband tried to serve himself. The cake batter flavor was particularly unpleasant, bordering on rancid. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff and requested someone to taste it, I received mixed responses—one employee mentioned they don't consume the products there, while another stated that no complaints had been received that day and then asked me if I went to menchies a lot because it tastes different than their cake batter flavor. It became evident why the place was empty despite the plaza being crowded. Overall, the lack of freshness and customer service left much to be desired.

This place charged me 30 bucks for half of 2 frozen yogurts. Only 5 machines were open. The bathroom had wet toilet paper on the floor, the paper machine didn’t work, which brings us to the conclusion with other reviews that it never gets cleaned. The candy was definitely expired, stale, and was a bit brown. The place only has one person working there and looked depressing. They have nobody going inside and still didn’t have small cups, like what? The picture below is the Twix my friend got which looks disgusting and tastes horrible. Save your money and never go here because of how bad it is ridiculously.

My wife and I were at fudruckers across the street when she noticed TCBY and told me she used to love getting frozen yogurt from there in Connecticut. What a disappointment it was.The place was empty. The employee behind the counter was just watching a movie with headphones and unresponsive to our questions.The machines had maybe 5 working flavors available. The rest were out of order. The frozen yogurt came out very watery and almost melted. The toppings were all crushed and sticking to the spoons. Everything looked like you were getting a candy from grams old candy jar. The Nutella bucket was a 3/4 full jar with a spoon stuck to the hardened Nutella on the bottom of the bucket.Needless to say, i didn’t get any. We went on to paying and were in shock when the order for 2 cups ended up being $28. Obviously their scale is rigged. Lastly, it had the taste of spoiled milk. I found a plastic piece in mine and the toppings were completely stale. I ate about half of it because it was expensive but couldn’t stomach it. My wife ate 3 spoons and said it was disgusting.I am shocked this place hasn’t been shutdown yet.I would definitely pass on this.

I had no idea this place would’ve had this many bad reviews. I had a simple m & m cookie and was completely satisfied. It wasn’t the most extravagant cookie but it did the trick! The staff was nice so no complaints.

Toppings were very stale. Place did not seem hygienic. We had to use spoons for samples that leaked into a nasty overflowing tray. I think I picked up something.

I used to work at this deplorable location. Please don't support this company. This place is crawling with ants and roaches. The owner is so cheap that he won't throw the toppings away when they get old. One time I even saw mold in the chocolate chips. The staff eats the yogurt right out of the machine and leaves the spoon. No one cleanes the store besides me. It is always extremely dirty. The owner is doing a lot of illegal things such as stealing our tip money. And forcing us to work off of the clock during training. He also makes us repaire the machines and refuses to hire a mechanic. We have to mess with exposed wires with sparks coming out. I almost got electrocuted. If the totoppings are not moldy then they are stayle. He won't let us throw the cookies away if they are hard as a rock. If the customer wants a refund for the cookie being hard he won't allow it. Please save your money and your health.

I had the worst experience ever at this place. I have been going here for years and their strawberry ice cream had a weird taste. It was a spicy taste which I just could not understand. The girl who worked there tried it and said she didn’t taste it. The owner, Thompson, told me corporate does not allow them to offer refunds. I will not be doing business with this company anymore. They need to go out of business. The manager was very unprofessional in telling me that no other customers complains about it.
