I never leave reviews but OMGGGGGG never in my life I’ve experienced such a horrible service we waited 30 mins to be seated and we had to look for someone in top 1 hr and 30 mins for someone to come and take our order and an hour for our food to come and not see the server again my son had to go to the bar to get a refill and no highchair for my baby like omg such a horrible experience never again. They need staff a friendly environment and less time pf waiting

Went in tonight for a quick bite after a long day. We saw that the Friday's tonight was advertised to close 12am, even the sign on the door said Drinksgiving. We walked in at 1050pm and felt immediately rushed. We weren't even offered a table and placed at the bar. The bartender wasn't even welcoming. Her name was Brittney. She dropped the menus, no welcome, and rushed us to get our orders in. She took the couples order who sat next to us first since they were in before us. At the end of their order, we proceeded to say, "Are you sure that's it?" Then went on to us. We ordered the Truffle tots, a mushroom Swiss burger, and a Cajun Shrimp Pasta no chicken.
The truffle tots tasted nothing like truffle or even seasoned with a hint of salt or pepper. We couldn't even ask for condiments because she literally took our order and walked off the bar. No app plates to share either. Then we received the Cajun pasta, which was just "okay." My burger came out about 6 to 8 min after the pasta. I give it a solid 7 out of ten, only because it was cooked a perfect medium. It lacked the truffle flavor and wasn't seasoned at all. I got maybe 3 or 4 small pieces of mushroom and a pinch of arugula.
To top it off, when we received the check, we noticed a SVC charge of 18% at the bottom of the check. Since I myself am in the service industry, I would never not leave a tip. But for the handheld to be handed to us and asked for more tips was beyond belief.
I get it. It's the night before Thanksgiving, and all the bartender was talking about was how much she wanted to leave. That just put a sour taste in my mouth. Even guests coming in after us were being told to go order to go.

Ms. Kimberly came and served us on Christmas Day. Dec. 25th 2024. She was AMAZING. I loved her service. I know TGIF was short staffed due to the holiday but she was on the BALL! She was always checking on us while checking everyone else. Got all our food right and she still kept a great attitude towards us and everyone else knowing it was busy. She was FUNNY and KIND. You don’t get that often. I would definitely recommend this TGIF to anyone. Only to be served by our Queen, Ms. Kimberly. She was tipped well and I loved her service. Keep it up guys!
