We spent an hour waiting for a cheeseboard which was our appetizer. When we finally got our food that was tuna melts there were bugs inside the cheese that were cooked in. This place was swarming with flies and even had a bird inside. Their bathroom was not working and the manager was not apologetic at all. She did not comp our entire meal as she should have. I have never been so grossed out by a restaurant or management. We were one of five tables and it took over an hour when they had at least six employees that I could see. The manager was unapologetic and said it was the holiday season and that is why it took an hour to get a cheeseboard. We showed her the bugs in our food and she only comped one sandwich. The rest of the table was so grossed out they didn't eat their food either she should've come to the entire meal. This manager has no business being in management. The Florida department of health needs to check this place out.

I ate here today and I was disgusted to see they leave their front door propped open and birds were flying and hopping in and out of the restaurant. They must be getting food if they keep going in.

Extremely disappointed— can’t review the food but if it’s anything like the service… YIKES! We went on a Sunday mid afternoon, there were 5-6 tables that were not cleaned off from previous customers. We were told the wait for a table would be 15 minutes. While standing and waiting > 15 minutes staff just walked by the un cleaned tables and it was just annoying to watch. Def would try another location. But steer away from this one.

Great service & amazing food/cheeses. This has to be one of my favorite restaurants. Beautiful presentation of the food as well. The turkey chutney sandwich is my favorite and the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup is the ultimate comfort food.

Got the Serrano w chips.. doesn't seem worth the prices for portion you get. Tasted good and ingredients were good quality. Would try something else besides the sandwiches if I ordered again.

This place is good but could use some improvements. First I think the spreads that accompany some of the sandwiches are not the right fit; salty cheese with salty meat shouldn't have an olive (salty) tapenade. Maybe allow the customer to select? The French Onion soup this month has a tasty broth but lacks in cheese and they just include a singular piece of bread instead of slices or more rustic "chunks". The cheese was severely lacking in the soup (ironic given the name of the place.) Overall. I will be back but it's going to be hard competition given some of the other "European inspired" sandwich places around here.

Menus were dirty and tattered.

We found this little gem while shopping. We been there several times for lunch. Their soups are incredible as are all the sandwiches. Lattes and deserts are great also.

Great food, sandwiches and soups, coffee really tastes great. I suggest to set the umbrella outside so more people will sit out and attract other clients to come in.Dine in: Yes

Came here on a Thursday night. Arrived at exactly 8:00 with people still sitting in the restaurant which means they weren't closed. I made sure to Google restaurant hours prior to driving way over here and online it said they close at 10:00. The worker turned us away. Not coming back here.

Always a great place for lunch, the menu has something for everyone and during busy times it is best to order online or call ahead, as the wait time in line can get long.

I've heard good things and have been thinking about trying it for a while. I was super excited for the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue as something unique, but it was just okay. The cheese burned really quickly. The chocolate wasn't even lukewarm, and was missing a few of the things that were supposed to come in it to dip it in. There were a lot of other things on the menu that looked good so I will go back to try them, but I wouldn't get the fondue again unfortunately.

What a terrible place to eat. I have simply no words. But nonetheless , you would like to know why I'm giving this place 1*. I'd give it minus if I could. I went there with my daughter. We ordered pizzas. She ordered the margarita and I ordered the procuitto. The pictures on the menu show a natural beautiful pizza with raw procuitto on top. What I got was cooked procuitto. I've never ever received cooked procuitto on pizza before. It's losing its flavors when cooked. You're supposed to put it after it's cooked. I complained and they made me a new one. And i realized why they had originally given me cooked procuitto. Whatever that was , I cannot describe it as procuitto. It was something from a super cheap supermarket or a depot. Brown and black. Not beautiful and nearly see through. It tasted terrible. The pizza crust was not made in house. Tasted like some frozen pre made dough. Very bad. My daughter ordered a sprinkle of PARMEGIAN on top and they added 2.99$ to the bill. Come on, in a place that serves pizza ? What else ? Charge me for some extra black pepper ? It's not about the money , but it just looks super greedy. I will never go back there. Don't waste your time and money there
