The restaurants are always clean. The wait staff is very attentive. With such a diverse menu, the food is ok but not something you would go out of your way to order next time you are visiting. Most of my party agrees that it usually is not a planned outing but a spontaneous visit due to it's perfect location in a mall.

4 of our guests got there food and then 10 minutes later the next 2 got there food. At this point we asked for manager. Manager walked by us 3 times until we flagged her down. After complaining, the other 2 meals came out. She didn't alleviate the situation. Instead offered free dessert.
Very bad service and any attempt to remedy the situation.
Will not be visiting this in Pembroke Gardens Cheesecake factory ever again.

Every time I think of something sweet I don't hesitate to visit this place, for me they have the best cheesecake and a wide variety of flavors.

Today we ordered White chocolate raspberry truffle and it was finger licking good. But I recommend them all, one is richer than the other.

Excellent service, a wait of only 5 minutes to be assigned a table.

The atmosphere inside is a bit noisy for me, but the terrace was spectacular.

Large menu with something for everyone. Portions tend to be generous. Food is good. Service is a mixed bag. It usually takes a while to get your food from the kitchen. Their bread is delicious, and of course the cheesecake is too

Stopped in for a quick dinner with my daughters yesterday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the service staff. Our server, Billyray, was wonderful, he was friendly and funny and made the experience a memorable one.

Parking: Located in an outdoor shopping mall, plenty of free parking.

There was a DEAD GRASSHOPPER in my mom’s beet salad, the fried chicken from my salad was very hard and the croutons were stale. Since there was a grasshopper we got it on the house but immediately left to go somewhere else.

I just love this place, specially the rib eye. It's important to know that the menu is very extensive, there are plenty options, like a lot, all of them are delicious. Nothing out of the extra fancy, but to me that's perfect, good quantities and good prices.

Loved it...This most definitely is the go to spot for a nice evening with your family. Everything was almost perfect for us. The only issue was my daughter's cheese burger sandwich was undercooked, but we got compensated for it. Other than that, We enjoyed our evening at the cheesecake factory.
