Great service and food is always great had dinner celebration on my birthday got a tasty dessert on the house

Our waiter was very friendly, however extremely slow with everything. I feel like this is not the career/job for him at all. Play we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and he didn't even bring us a children menu. We had to ask for it and it took forever to get it. This is one of many things that took forever during our visit. I have been to this location before in the messed up my dish 3 times so now I order something else just to not face disappointment.

I only went to that horrible place because my friend was going to be there for her retirement the food was horrible the service was horrible they did not even know if they used latex gloves or not it is horrible don't go

So I have been coming here for a very long time. It has always been plentiful of good food. Guess what? They have just reduced the menu. The Thai food and so many other entrees are no more. Also I always get the banana cheesecake. It's still perfectly fine but they used to put a ton of fresh bananas around the slice. Today (i wish I had taken a picture) there were literally 5 thin slices of bananas. That's an outrage in my book. It's just feeling skimpy. What's happened to what was a top notch place to choose from a plethora of items. I couldn't find anything that really called out to me to order. So sad that I have to give it a 'meh'. Just ok.. let's do better CF

The restaurants are always clean. The wait staff is very attentive. With such a diverse menu, the food is ok but not something you would go out of your way to order next time you are visiting. Most of my party agrees that it usually is not a planned outing but a spontaneous visit due to it's perfect location in a mall.

4 of our guests got there food and then 10 minutes later the next 2 got there food. At this point we asked for manager. Manager walked by us 3 times until we flagged her down. After complaining, the other 2 meals came out. She didn't alleviate the situation. Instead offered free dessert.
Very bad service and any attempt to remedy the situation.
Will not be visiting this in Pembroke Gardens Cheesecake factory ever again.

Every time I think of something sweet I don't hesitate to visit this place, for me they have the best cheesecake and a wide variety of flavors.

Today we ordered White chocolate raspberry truffle and it was finger licking good. But I recommend them all, one is richer than the other.

Excellent service, a wait of only 5 minutes to be assigned a table.

The atmosphere inside is a bit noisy for me, but the terrace was spectacular.

Large menu with something for everyone. Portions tend to be generous. Food is good. Service is a mixed bag. It usually takes a while to get your food from the kitchen. Their bread is delicious, and of course the cheesecake is too
