I’ve been here a couple of times, and the food is always on point. I had a “Charburger” wrapped in lettuce with a side Caesar salad. (Healthy options are available, and it was still delicious.) My daughter had a Charburger meal that looked amazing, and she confirmed it was just as tasty.

However, the staff isn’t very friendly. I don’t even like approaching them because it feels like I’m bothering them. There were no napkins in the dispensers, so I had to ask. I was directed to the dispenser and had to point out that they were both empty. The same thing happened once with the ketchup. There was also no ice in the machine—I didn’t even bother asking this time.

Food taste great but the customer service is atrocious. You are never greeted and always given attitude when ordering. Cashiers act like they couldn’t care less, like they don’t want to be there. I would fire every cashier that works there. It’s not even the same people I’ve eaten there for 4 years and every cashier acts the same. Tonight we were going to go there but then I remembered last time we went and I said nvm.

The store manager gave me bad attention and behaved rudely when I went to pick up an Uber Eat order, which she did not want to give it to me after seeing the order confirmed.

I had to run literally out of this restaurant in Pembroke Pines the person taking order a woman that I don’t even know her name insulted me and scream at me for asking if my order is taking too much longer. It was supposed to be done by that moment. A disgusting person with a disgusting attitude with a completely opposite attitude of a person working in a restaurant talking to people.. I swear there was a moment I thought she was going to hit me. That happened today 08/13/24 at 5 pm

The service was really good! The food tasted delicious and came out in a very timely manner!

AVOID THIS PLACE….. went in with a friend for burgers. Ordered a Santa Fe Burger and requested that they not put butter on the bun when they toast it. The manager looked at me like I was crazy and shook her head and thanked proceeded to complained out me to the staff for making the request. She then went so far as to argue with me and insist there is no way to toast the bread without butter. I told her to give me the bread plain and took my food. Than we went to sit down the tables were all filthy with crumbs and grease from previous patrons. Therefore, we had to clean the table with napkins and water before sitting down to eat. This place is the pits and my recommendation is that you AVOID EATING HERE.

Really disappointed by my experience here, I was expecting quality burgers but they taste exactly like a Wendy's burger. I got the single patty cheeseburger meal and by the end of the meal I wish I had gotten the double cheese burger as the single thin patty wasn't enough to fill me up. Myself and my girlfriend were both still hungry after we finished our food. The fries were mediocre, although the saving grace was the limeade, it's the best drink there. The battered green beans are worth a try.
