First time and last. We ordered the family plate, was mostly empty shells, food was extremely salty, no worth the $100 box that we pay for that. Our waiter asked us to pay in the middle of the meal because he need to go, so I had to stop eating to pay.

I've been coming to this place for a few years now. The flavor is always amazing. Every other time the food has come out dry. This time the food has not been fresh. The crawfish crumbles in my fingers as I'm breaking it apart and it was super fishy. I've hesitated to leave a bad review until now.

While eating there were numerous of flies which were already distracting while trying to eat our dinner. I'm sitting across from my boyfriend & I thought it was a fly but it was a roach on the booth where he was sitting. I immediately got disgusted left some of my food & our drinks at the table & we moved to another table. The waitress was walking u at the time & asked what happened & I showed her the roach. The manager came to the table saying how the restaurant is cleaned on a regular basis & that she'll take half off of our bill. She acted as if we were intentionally trying to get a discount., I was insulted & I told her I didn't come to the restaurant to eat, see a roach & get a discount on my bill. I told her I will pay the entire $94 bill & I was reporting to cooperate. Look at how disgusting that is! Uugh! We didn't even finish our food. Lost our appetite.

Great waitress and food. Seafood entrees were right on point. The wings could be crispier. Sauce was perfect. Service was over an hour wait for our food to arrive, but the waitress communicated throughout the whole process. Nice job!

It’s a good place I travel coast to coast and hard to find good food spots. Yaz the bartender/waitress she’s awesome great personality but April made me waste my whole lunch hour waiting on bag that don’t take long to cook. Seeing customers walking 20mins after I did and get they food before me is not right or customer service I asked Yaz if she could check and come to find our April never put my order 45minutes later my lunch is gone and not even someone to talk to me about what happened worse place for customer service. Now back to work now food just because she didn’t put my order in but she’s just standing there. That’s not right for any person
