Very nice service and the food was fresh. We had lunch, also extremely impressed with the selection of hot sauces.

Final Visit: Incorrect Food and Zero Accountability
Despite confirming our order over the phone, we received an incorrect and poorly prepared meal. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff member I spoke named Joey, instead attempted to place blame on the customer for how my order was entered into their system, refused any form of refund, and showed sympathy or interest in resolving the issue. After multiple disappointing experiences, my husband and I have decided to not return. It is not worth the drive nor the price. The quality and customer service has severely gone down and it is extremely disappointing.

I love the taco bowls. It's big enough for two meals except the second meal. You're having hot lettuce and I've always been going to the one in Hollywood and just found out there's one 5 mi from my house and the Hollywood one is a lot further

I’ve bought food from this place a few times because it’s slightly more affordable than other spots around here. And each time I come, I get something different and each time, it’s disappointing. I can’t really recommend this place. The food is bland, “Mexican” styled, but far from authentic, which is pretty typical for these kinds of places. Price reflects quality.

Great food and clean.
I LOVED the huge variety of sauces to try. It's important to me if they advertise it. The sauces DID NOT let me down, and we're truly tasty. This is no basic hot sauce bar either. The food was delicious and paired well with the atmosphere and hot sauces. There were some burners in there. If you want to buy a sauce, they're available at the register. I will definitely be back again.

I love this place!!!
It’s a shame I have to leave this bad review because I’m a usual, but it’s unacceptable that this is the 2nd time I order a burrito to go and it comes with ZERO meat in it. I don’t understand how you forget to add protein but it’s happened several times now. If you order to go, beware, check your food before leaving.
I have been going to Tijuana flats for many years. Someone I worked with told me about it the first time and ever since then I have been hooked. My favorite is the steak tacos, the queso and the Mexican coke. The prices are also great and the service. I recommend Tijuana flats to everyone.
We used to do Taco Tuesday regularly at the Miramar location. When that one shut down, we started coming here. The food was much better and more consistent here. However, my raving review is solely for Alicia and Rebecca. They are always so warm and welcoming when they see a regular come in, greeting people by name and having their orders promptly ready to go. I appreciate good service, it goes a long way. A smile and a “hey how are you?” go far with me, and those two consistently smile and genuinely enjoy their jobs. There’s also a woman manager that I don’t know her name, she has a Monroe piercing I believe, she’s also excellent too!
I heard the manager yelling in the back, at employees, using curse words. Then a young man came out to take my order, he seemed scared. I felt really uncomfortable, I asked the young man if he was ok and he said he was. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he is busy and not able to talk. I waited a bit and saw the manger in the kitchen just glued to his phone. And I heard him yell a bit more.
