Well... kinda expensive. Not sure if the.experience is worth the prices. $4.50 for a beer and a meal, $20. Service good, for a Wednesday night.
Great food and good service. The mimosas are awesome
The service and food is consistent. Love them bagels!
We really enjoyed it at Toojays. My friend had the salmon dinner, and I had matzo ball soup and a half of hot pastrami on rye. It was delicious with the coleslaw. The pastrami was lean and tasty bread was deliciously fresh with a nice crunchy crust. The waitress was super nice and I just rate the whole thing as a good experience. The TooJay's in Pembroke Pines was better than the one in Plantation.
The soups actually pretty good but, they do not make a good sandwich. We ordered one corned beef and one pastrami and they apparently do not know how to slice meat. To say it was fatty would be an understatement. Also they cut it with the grain rather than against the grain honestly, it is very much an amateur show when it comes to that. And that wouldn't be that much of a big deal but they are a deli you think they get that right.
Nice environment but awful food. I ordered their most popular meal and it was horrible dry turkey and nasty mash potatoes I did contact the mama her the following day and he said he knows his food is good. Like if my comment was garbage. Would never ever go there again even if they offer my entire family a free meal.
Fresh food. Fabulous desserts. Good service.
The food and service here is pretty basic. I ordered take-out so I can't comment on the in-house dining experience. Their matzoh soup is okay but tastes much better with a little extra salt. The classic Reuben is satisfactory. I wish the 1000 Island dressing were sweeter and more copious. The sauce didn't even fully cover the slices. It was hastily spread without love or care. :-(
O stars!! Went there this week and ordered two chicken noodle soups. There was no chicken whatsoever in the soup, just some noodles. My 11 year old kept saying there is no chicken in the soup! Also ordered the Chicken mandarin salad. The chicken in the salad was processed chicken not fresh chicken that one would expect in a salad (disgusting). What a waste of money. Too many options in the neighborhood to go there again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
When in the neighborhood you have to go to Toojays to try something different. As most restaurants in the area are all pretty much the same. The staff is great and welcoming. If you are looking for a peaceful meal in an unpretentious atmosphere I recommend you go to Toojays.

I've eaten here a few times now and I don't find the food or service to be remarkable. The desserts are overpriced for the portion. I had an egg salad sandwich my last visit. The salad itself was bland and the bread was half toasted. I don't find the bagels to be of the quality I expect from a real deli - frankly, they're on par with a place like Einstein's or Panera. I've been to the location in Hallandale Beach and quality of food/service are the same.
Great food @ reasonable prices
We did takeout. I ordered pot roast. I expected pot roast (most pot roasts are like a stew with veggies - ask Golden Corral, which I usually don’t like except for their pot roast). I got two small, thin pieces of chewy meat in gravy with mashed potatoes & broccoli for $16. Not that the broccoli or potatoes was bad but I think Boston Market would have been much better for half. Too Jays, please improve. This meal is very disappointing.
Used to be great. This visit horrible in just about every way. I had not been here for about 6 months. I can not believe the difference.
Last minute catering platter made up fast, fresh. Friendly helpful staff.
