Placed a mobile order and was disappointed when there was no sauce on my wrap, it was super dry. I returned back to the store to ask for sauce and was refused that request by a lady with brown hair and glasses. Instead she got an attitude and said she can give me a refund instead of a simple cup of sauce. How are you upset from your mistake ? Horrible !!

The service did not feel “sincere” they greet you when you enter but I felt rushed to order. I would say something to a customer that is taking a while to look at the menu( and by a while I mean 2 mins), “just let me know when your ready” and continue doing other things. The lady made me feel rushed.

I always have a good experience here. Kwali has helped me a bunch of times and he’s super friendly and always gets my order done quick. Antonio was very nice too and made my smoothie perfectly. Overall, the service is great.

The acai bowl is 30% acai and 70% fruits and granola. You taste everything but acai and $11.34 is a Rip-off! 😡🤯

I have visited several locations and always great service! The servers at this location 16024 Pines Blvd were amazing but that manager who was on duty today at 1:15-1:30 is not pleasant at all. I prefer peanut butter instead of the Nutella. She squeezed peanut a bit on my açaí bowl I asked for a little more she said that will be $1.29 more she put the bowl down and walked away never waiting for my answer of ok. I went to pay for it and the server wasn’t even sure how to charge me. I said that is okay thank you for trying because she wasn’t responding to him trying to get her attention to help. I’m sure Tropical grill won’t have minded she gave me a little more. Her interaction with another customer was even poor. I’m trying to spread the little bit she did squeeze out🫤

The chicken quesadillas & smoothies were delicious! Large variety of smoothies. Not a lot of tables, but understandable as this is not a large place.

Excellent for take out, just be prepared to wait a bit either way. (Food & drink is worth the wait though).

Staff were friendly & helpful. Only suggestion would be expansion to include outdoor seating (if possible).

I sent my sister to pick up smoothies under my name and the older lady working was so beyond rude. kept trying to correct her on how to say MY name and wouldn’t give her the smoothies with my name clearly printed on them. she was actually trying to do everything so she couldn’t the smoothies saying she ordered it to the wrong location and then the younger girl got involved and handed the smoothies over almost immediately. I get that you don’t want anything to be stolen but you absolutely could be handling customers with more class and respect. If you can’t read that’s fine but don’t correct someone on how to say their name especially if they’re repeating it to you multiple times.
