Good food but you guys have a manager named Jessica that’s super rude and disrespectful to employees. I have seen her multiple times speaking to the employees in a horrible way. Last time I went I even heard her threatening to fire an employee in front of us. Who in the world wants to go have lunch while listening to someone being disrespected? I’m sure the employees have complained before because her actions are nothing but abusive. Get better management and respect the people who work in your business.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, and the employee behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed to even be at work. It was clear that providing good service was the last thing on her mind.

If you’re working in a customer service position, your job is to engage with customers and make them feel welcome. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. It’s frustrating when someone who is paid to provide a service doesn’t seem to care about doing it well. If you don’t want to be there, then maybe it’s time to find a different job.

Overall, the service was horrendous, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. I hope management takes note and makes some necessary changes. At least the place was clean.

**Disappointing Experience at Tropical Smoothie**I visited the Tropical Smoothie location around 9:15 PM, well within their operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM. However, I was met with incredibly rude service that left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.Upon entering, I was ignored by a representative who walked past me without acknowledgment. When they finally addressed me, it was under their breath and without direct eye contact, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Additionally, the open sign outside was not lit up, giving off an unwelcoming vibe.Despite being in plain view, one of the female representatives stayed in the back of the store and made no effort to assist me. When I attempted to place an order, I was informed that they were no longer making anything, even though the store was scheduled to be open for another 45 minutes. The dismissive attitude and lack of effort from the staff were disappointing and unacceptable.Overall, the customer service at this location has severely declined. It's evident that better etiquette and professionalism need to be instilled in the staff, especially considering the family-friendly and working-class neighborhood this establishment serves. Until improvements are made, I would caution others against visiting this location.

I've gone multiple times and everytime, they are rude, dont great you, have you waiting for 5 or 10 mins and even if you go and make it known that your waiting they just act like they didn't see you and continue with talking, it's honestly annoying and not worth coming for even though the smoothies are good, talk amongst yourselves if you want but atleast take care of customers as you do so

Dissatisfied on their delivery process. If the food ( kitchen station ) is done at a different time than the smoothie (drink station) . No one confirmed the entire order is complete. It’s put on a shelf . Lack of communication by both parties. Of course I was missing the smoothie in my delivery. Disappointed
