I've gone multiple times and everytime, they are rude, dont great you, have you waiting for 5 or 10 mins and even if you go and make it known that your waiting they just act like they didn't see you and continue with talking, it's honestly annoying and not worth coming for even though the smoothies are good, talk amongst yourselves if you want but atleast take care of customers as you do so

Dissatisfied on their delivery process. If the food ( kitchen station ) is done at a different time than the smoothie (drink station) . No one confirmed the entire order is complete. It’s put on a shelf . Lack of communication by both parties. Of course I was missing the smoothie in my delivery. Disappointed

The staff was too overwhelmed with the volume of people that came in. One gentleman walking around with an AirPod in his ear and speaking on the phone. The young lady in the front was doing her best to keep up but was essentially working alone. The floor was full of trash. Order took way too long to be completed.

Stopped into this location pretty late and it was super busy. Even so, the staff was attentive and answered my questions. I've been to other locations and have had many of their smoothies so I wasn't sure what to get this time, and the gentleman working told me he'd make me a custom smoothie that was absolutely delicious! Very helpful staff. Extremely pleased with my visit.

The smoothies are delicious, but the customer service is just terrible. Especially from the young lady who is cashiering and making smoothies, she is super rude, never has a good attitude or makes eye contact with customers and for this i give only 1 star. I believe you should look into searching for new personnel in order to provide a better costumer service experience.

Where should I begin.. I came in to a super empty store. This is not my first time in this establishment, so I'm not a new customer.. my second time coming to this establishment I was helped by the manager.. I didn't realize they added sugar in their smoothies, so I asked her if the smoothies were made with sugar, she looked annoyed and answered "yea".. so i asked please no sugar for mine.. she was so upset that I requested no sugar and started throwing things, she threw the blender in the sink and was super annoyed that I asked for no sugar.. mind you, the store is empty... so I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes she was..I find it extremely disturbing that someone with that much anger works in an establishment preparing food for people or even has interactions with people.. as a result of this rude behavior, I will be contacting the corporate office, because if she's done this to me, I'm pretty sure she has done this to others, which is really unfortunate. Perhaps management needs to take a better look at those they hire as managers. First impressions are so important.. unfortunately, this "manager" does not set a good example for the rest of her employees and should not work in such establishments.Parking is an issue since there are soMany businesses in the plaza. The weekends maybe different.
