We usually enjoy coming to Twin Peaks, but our visit last night was very disappointing because of the manager. When we asked if he could turn up the volume for the game (which they normally do), he was dismissive and acted like it was a bother. We also mentioned that the A/C wasn’t working well, and again he brushed it off. To make matters worse, he asked my dad and uncle to change tables because the rest of our party took “too long” to arrive—even though we were just parking. That felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
On the bright side, our waitress was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and the only reason we stayed. The manager, however, really could work on his customer service.
Alexandria was a great server she recommended the best food and had the best energy. I will be back the beer was the best

I was served by, I think her name was “Brax” or “Braxton” and her service was atleast abysmal. She took about 25 minutes between each conversation of orders, my boyfriend asked for the twin peaks light lager multiple times and she brought the IPA and when we brought it up she said “oh we’re out” which in my opinion should’ve been said when he ordered it instead of giving us a different beer and relying on telling us later, gave no napkins or silverware, did not bring us one plate of food that we ordered (all the other services were great and made sure we were taken care of) and I understand we came in at 12 and it was late but I think the way she asked if we can grab our check was abrupt and a couple minutes later she came back and verbatim said “hey I’m sorry but I’m cut and I need to close that check out” I am a waitress and I have NEVER rushed customers out like that. I would’ve been happy with any other server, as they were much more attentive but she was really just not our cup of tea.

Do not order a beer of any size. This is a large beer and don’t even fill it right. Mostly foam on top and drinks that had been sitting at the bar waiting for it to be taken to table was stirred with a straw to re foam the beer. Very disappointed and honestly feels like I’m getting ripped off. If I’m paying full price I expect full portions
