I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order. I ordered the yummy spicy ramen, but unfortunately, it was very unappetizing. It was not spicy at all, normal pasta was used instead of ramen, and the pasta was overcooked.

On 9/3/25 I went to Umami Fusion for the 1st time. I normally drive 30 minutes east just to have our favorite Thai food because of food taste and service. I surprised my wife and kids with Umamai food and it tasted great, portion size is awesome and I even got Thai donuts using the coupon for free. The packaging was great and so was the timing. We as family really enjoyed it and will be back and also tell our friends about them and hope they can maintain the quality & quantity the way they served tonight. Looking forward to try other dishes. Thanks

The food tastes homemade and really generous portions. Their boba tea is really good. This is more of a To-Go Chinese food spot not really any authentic Thai or Japanese style cuisine like offered on their menu. Only two tables inside not ideal for dine-in. Overall good value for some quick Asian food for take home or delivery.

Today was my second time eating from here and it’s still so good. I got the mild pad Thai, edamame, and chicken fried rice. They give Thai donuts (amazing) and the staff is very nice. Oh and the boba tea is great!
