10s all around for Capriccio; we come here often and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is always amazing, space is beautifully decorated and nicely lit, as well as spacious. I like that there are many seating options: nook/booth, table seating, or at the bar. Service is quick (even when we come on major holidays like New Year's Eve) and delightful always. Today we got lobster ravioli and fried calamari as apps. Can't go Italian without some fried cal in my opinion, and Capriccio's doesn't have anything necessarily special about it but it's definitely quality and always a nice opener to a great entree. The lobster ravioli was really good and soft, the lobster was tender and the sauce on the ravioli was great. They also give complimentary bread, which paired well with the ravioli sauce. The entree I ordered was the chilean seabass with asparagus. Can't remember what the waiter said the sauce was but this dish was, unsurprisingly, amazing. The seabass was just as soft and tender as the ravioli's lobster. The sauce was slightly sweet and paired perfectly with the fish. It also went great with the asparagus, which surprised me because I'm usually not a huge fan of asparagus. Also came with grilled veggies (zucchini, peppers, potato). I also tried the pear gnocchi--delicious. The sweetness was just right, and the pear was definitely present and well balanced. The Veal Capriccio w Pasta was honestly delectable. It was done perfectly, so tender and was seamlessly balanced with an equally perfect mushroom and cognac sauce. Practically melted in my mouth. I had the opportunity of trying the snapper of the night as well, but wasn't my dish so I can't speak much on it and also don't know what the sauce contained. The piece that I tried was okay, honestly surprised it wasn't a 10 but even at a lower rating than the rest I'd still say it was an 8! Overall like I said, Capriccio never disappoints!

horrible dining experience with family members Gil Z the waiter was rude and inefficient. delayed appetizer. wrong dinner and he insisted it was what I ordered. they dumped penne pasta over the dinner which was never served like this before. they cleared away silverware and when dinner was served we had no utensils. took a while to get them. manager was argumentative saying for 35 years that is what they have done. no it's not. I've had the dinner before and loved it. not tonight. they ruined my birthday

This place is The Bomb! Been here a few times. The bar/lounge area is very unique looking with a choice of high tops and low tops to sit at besides the bar- get a table near the entertainment, the guy that plays piano and sings there is fantastic and will play all your requests. We ate in the restaurant part once (separate from the lounge) - a bit more traditional. This most recent visit we had the Eggplant and Chicken Parm. We both liked the sauce! Nice size portions and both tasted very good- our friends had similar dishes and were equally impressed They give you a salad (great house dressing) with the entrée along with bread service. The bread is nothing fancy but good enough. The place is a bit pricey but worth it as they give you a lot for your money- Entertainment, Great food, Unique ambiance and the service was always on point when we were there. We were told about an all night happy our with live music on Wednesdays so we will try that next.

Everyone treats you like a true guest. The food is amazing. The ambience is great but you need to sit in the lounge or by the piano. The service is surprisingly good. My waiter in lounge is so good that I don't need a menu.

The pasta was delicious. It was expensive, but there was enough pasta and sauce for 3 people. I did not love the bread that came with it.

Everyone is amazing and everything is amazing from the chandelier to the tiles on the floor and not to mention the food. Which has been consistent over many years.

I attended a private event this weekend and the food was incredibly delicious and tasty. From the salmon, chicken and veal to the desserts it was a first epic experience. The service, atmosphere and overall experience was fantastic. I can't wait to return for a regular dinner, but would highly recommend it.

Capriccio Ristorante is exceptional!! I have visited many great restaurants and Capriccio is one of the very best. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. We could save this place for special occasions, BUT I perfer going every Wednesday. Bar bites are great appetisers. My personal main course favorite is Fiochhi di Pera. But everything is great. Save room for the Hazlenut gelatto for desert. And throughout the time there, Capriccio's excellent bartenders concoct excellent cocktails. The always remember our names and drink preferences too. The bar is "our spot" and truly beautiful. The chandelier must be seen to be believed. It makes the entire bar seem like a fairyland. And the piano talents of Carl make it all the more wonderful. Carl has thousands of songs ready to perform at your request. He plays and sings them beautifully. The music at Capriccio's bar makes every visit fabulous. I can't say enough about this wonderful gem in Pembroke Pines. Don't ever change. We love this place

I ate here once in...I think it was 1995. I live near here and really don't know why I haven't gone back. Well, tonight I did. We were sat in a very nice booth in the bar area. I have to say...there was a not great smell when we walked in. It dissipated but can't figure out what it was. Service was excellent. We got there before the music started and left right when it started. They have live music nightly which is nice. We were served bread with a red sort of sauce. Neither of us were a fan of the bread. It lacked flavor. The mussels with white wine sauce were delicious. J do wish they were bigger. We each had a side salad. This had a very tasty dressing and was fresh. My entree was delicious! It was the Penne Marie E Note. It is penne with a creamy vodka sauce and mushrooms. It comes with baby shrimp but I substituted that for grilled chicken. I like big shrimp!! Anyway, this was a HUGE portion. I took home half. He ordered the grilled chicken with balsamic glaze and roasted potatoes. I kept thinking the balsamic glaze was chocolate sauce. I tried it. It was ok. The potatoes were kind of good. We had tiramisu. It was very good. There are other entrees that sound good as well. Capriccio's has been in business since 1987. That is saying a lot because this area had not many houses back then. What a great restaurant all these years later.
