Vicky Bakery - West Pembroke

DO NOT GO TO THE FORT MYERS LOCATION! Placed an Uber Eats pick up order and they missed an item. I always check to make sure my order is complete before driving off. They missed a whole loaf of bread so I sent my fiancé back in with the receipt and they turned him back and said no it was included. Again, I sent him back in with all the items and they yelled and said he was a thief and trying to steal bread like are you kidding me?! I usually go to the Vicky's in Miami and was so excited to finally have one close to home but I WILL NOT be returning! I will be contacting corporate as well.

Coffee hits …. Fantastic pastries.

Also kind humans, saw our coffee fell out our hands walking to the car. And they grabbed us and gave us a free replacement. Little things go a long way in my book. 1/7

Vicky Bakery is the absolute best! I moved away years ago and stoping in for a colada and treat every time I’m back home is a must ❤️

people are dumb . what makes them think they want to eat a COLD empanada or croquets ?! have some common sense ! then proceed to burn the things in the microwave .. it’s a HORRIBLE experience EVERY time

Elizabeth is such a great attendant, she is very pleasant, she smiles to the customer and takes care of me with every detail of what I ask to be done to my order.I think she is a great asset to your company. I loce coming to eat her. Thank you Elizabeth for a great service. Very much appreciated.
