Caroline and Santiago were great at customer service! Love how they made my order so much easier and they were pleasant while doing so! We will definitely come back, especially for more of their chicken croquetas they recommended to us (we normally get ham only)! Thank you guys!! See you soon!!

Excellent food! All the cakes are incredible! The Opera, rum cake, carrot cake, and red velvet are a few of the great treats. Very friendly staff.

Vicky Bakery in West Pembroke Pines is a gem. The coffee is excellent, and the variety of Latin pastries, sandwiches, and sweets is top-notch. Their breakfast options are solid, and the Cuban sandwich is uniquely flavorful. If you go, don’t miss the guayaba and cheese turnover, it’s a must-try. Whether you're stopping in for a full breakfast or just a quick coffee break, this place delivers. Most importantly, the staff is warm, friendly, and always welcoming. Highly recommended!

DO NOT GO TO THE FORT MYERS LOCATION! Placed an Uber Eats pick up order and they missed an item. I always check to make sure my order is complete before driving off. They missed a whole loaf of bread so I sent my fiancé back in with the receipt and they turned him back and said no it was included. Again, I sent him back in with all the items and they yelled and said he was a thief and trying to steal bread like are you kidding me?! I usually go to the Vicky's in Miami and was so excited to finally have one close to home but I WILL NOT be returning! I will be contacting corporate as well.

Coffee hits …. Fantastic pastries.

Also kind humans, saw our coffee fell out our hands walking to the car. And they grabbed us and gave us a free replacement. Little things go a long way in my book. 1/7
