Ivan greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable when it came to promotional inquiries about the WAWA app. His attentiveness and enthusiasm throughout my exchange with this establishment made my experience feel even greater than I had anticipated. My only complaint would be that the broken air compressor outside should be fixed.

I’m from Wisconsin and often come to this location when i visit my boyfriend in Florida. We usually have a good time, but today we ordered ahead our breakfast at 10:30 when it closes at 11 and when we got there around 10:45 it still had not been made and we were told that they closed the line down and they needed to open it up in order to make our food. It now is currently 11:30, an hour since we placed our order and we still have yet to receive it and were told they got busy doing something else. Severly disappointed.

My son and I are in town for a football game. We are originally from NJ and grew up w Wawa. Let me say if anyone f WaWa corporate were to walk into this location they would be throughly embarrassed. Loud angy workers using words I'm quite sure are not in the employees handbook. Both self service kiosks broke and no cashier. And the cashier who eventually came...what a rude angry arrogant person. WaWa: How can you possibly attach your name to this dirty miserable unprofessional location. You should be embarrassed.

Very bad expirience today, i ordered my coffee by the app and also i paid, when a i got to the store nobody was working in coffee area, then i was getting other stuff around the store then after pay for those ones i return to the coffee area and nobody wasn’t there, i left the store without my coffee, and also other customers were waiting for coffee too

Not the smartest, not the friendliest. Definitely the rudest workers I have seen in a Wawa. And for some reason they always forgot items in delivery orders. I doubt they know how to read at times.

The man that was preparing the sandwiches had horrible customer service horrible. There was no greeting The customers are letting them know when their food was ready. He just threw the sandwich to one side. A customer asked if that was his sandwich. The shower/chef told him to check for himself.
The food was discussed, the bread was stale.
The spinach was not fresh, Fried pickled chips was soggy and a limited amount when I ordered extra. Nothing about the experience nor the food was even worth one star

Queen Status

They have lots of snacks there.🌭🧀🍣🍭
Hot and cold food. Good for on the go! 👍🏼💨😊 They have a coffee ☕ station there -with all kinds of brew. A Tall dark guy was nice enough to help me here ☕ and a young Latina woman helped me at the kiosk. A young man named Jason, who was at the cash register, was So polite & Respectful..I Appreciated it. 👌🏼😊
Lots of parking. Can get crowded at different times of the day & night.
Area not the Best. Just West of University drive & Walmart.

Wawa is always a reliable and convenient spot! The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes shopping pleasant. The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Whether grabbing coffee, snacks, or a quick meal, Wawa never disappoints. Highly recommend!

POOR customer service
I am appalled that this guy is ACTUALLY the manager. A black guy with dreads. We come here so many times and never have I been handled in that way.i placed an order and requested a special order so they could call me over, K was never called over so I went over and said “excuse me” and this guy looked at me like he wanted to kill me. He did not ask me “how can I help you?”, he did not ask me “what did I needed”. He side eyed me and did not open his mouth. When I begin to explain what I needed, another gentlemen that was making food walked over and assisted me. Telling me that that he already made two of my items and was going to call me over to make the third item because I “selected special order once”
. The manager is supposed to lead by example. What is he showing his employees if he treats customers those way. I will be going to another WAWA for now on. I spend too much on that one to be disrespected.

It’s not nice to take pictures of WAWA employees to be mean when making complaints. It’s never that serious to be that immature to speak on your experience or experiences. Some customers need to do better. The entitlement is beyond outrageous.
