This is my second time ordering curbside and they don’t bring it out. Today I called and asked if they do curbside to the tesla chargers the girl on the phone said “uh yes” I told her I was here and was wondering if my order was ready she said “we don’t have any curbside orders right now maybe your order didn’t go through” as i’m looking at my phone with the confirmation and the number for the parking spot. I go inside and am waiting they are just talking amongst each other while I stand there about some kids party I finally get acknowledged and say I have a order for 2 drinks she then tells me to go up front the girl up front was nice and said she’ll get the drinks for me. The girl up front tells the other person the curbside is here and she continues to say “there’s a curbside I didn’t even know it was here”. I got my drinks and they were both spilling out through the lid with so much extra drinking leaking out. Thank you to the girl who helped me. Other girl needs some better work ethic.

Haven't been here for a while, bought 2 subs & got home there was almost nothing in them 3or4 slices of salami & 2 slices of ham. What a waste of money. I won't be back aging. Ever.

This Wawa is extremely beneath anyone’s standards and it’s ridiculous that I should even have to file a complaint. I requested assistance on an item  from the supervisor that was working at the time named Heather. Heather is incompetent and terribly trained to deal with customers. On top of it Heather was extremely rude, cruel, prejudice and unprofessional. I'm amazed that Wawa would hire such an irresponsible, uneducated, rude person in the public sector and I think this specific Wawa urgently needs a more humane approach because whoever “trained” this worker is not doing a good job.

Clean well taken care of location. Employees are amazing and always make you feel welcomed. The Assistant General Manger was wonderful.

This establishment has a very good variety of options to purchase. Also the resources are nice and extravagant. Furthermore I would highly recommend this establishment to any individual. In addition the customer service is exceptional and terrific.

I must say that overall, Wawa is a great place but this branch has issues with the cashiers/management. Some cashiers are really great like Rosa and Tyler, others just don't, and you will notice it when the line is huge and no one worries about it or when requesting ID for cigarettes, sometimes they ask for it, sometimes they don't, sometimes showing it is enough but sometimes they are lazy to read and ask you to take it out to scan it. Even when I'm a regular customer, I keep having that issue with them and it is annoying when a cashier suggests that you are lying when you ask them to be agreed about the ID protocol. Also pay attention to the specials, if you don't mention it some of them won't apply it.

Every single time I get gas here they don’t fix the receipts to force you to go in. The lines are always super long because it’s Wawa and for working individuals, I can’t even imagine how many people they’ve caused to be late to work. They’ve made me late about 10 different times and I’m finally vouched to never come here again because no matter how much I ask them to fix the receipt machine, they don’t.

Always long wait times at this location. The young African American guy with dreads at register needs customer service training. He is rude to customers. He often gets upset with guests when he has to leave register to open adult beverage cooler. If you ask him to unlock cooler, he will make you wait till he has no customers in the store, even if you were first in line waiting. Wawa is a great brand, but this location is not up to par with standards.

Came here on 10/26. Shift manager with dreads had attitude for trying to open the alcohol cooler. Saying “Y’all just didn’t see me over there ?” because I thought it was unlocked. Then tried telling me I wasn’t 21 and wasn’t paying me out probably because he was upset I asked him to open the alcohol cooler…I work in customer service as a shift leader and I would NEVER speak to any customer like this. Horrible experience. He should not be shift manager VERY unprofessional we were very nice to him.
