I visited Wendy’s with my service animal, who is fully ADA-protected and well-behaved. Manager Diani approached my table while I was eating and threatened to call the police if I stayed longer than 30 minutes due to my dog. This was unacceptable, as I was simply eating the food I paid for. After Diani left, manager Alan approached me and claimed that I had to leave because of “corporate policy,” which falsely stated that animals aren’t allowed inside and that customers are only allowed to sit for 30 minutes. These claims are false and violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. I was pressured and rushed to leave based on fake policies and intimidation tactics, despite not having finished my meal. This was discrimination and a clear violation of ADA law. Wendy’s needs to retrain this location immediately. No disabled person should ever be treated this way.

Dannys service was amazing, he did everything with a smile and worked considerably with a long line in the Wendys. He seriously exceeded the average expectations of a food worker and makes me want to go to this Wendy’s. These kind of team members make you feel at home!

If you create an order for a pickup it wont matter to them. I waited 15 minutes, went to the store to pickup the order and they say they wont do the order for me until i get in line and wait my turn. It was a long line. Why do they allow a pickup order then? They can jist say they dont have that service. Dumb

This Wendy's is my favorite in the Hollywood area. Wendy's is better than McDonald's and Burger King. It's not even close.

Laughable management. They think charging for every single sauce that they give is going to result in increased revenue. Sadly, you’re driving away business over 50 cents. Rethink your strategy. Very amateur move.

DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! while fulfilling orders, employees did not wear gloves and were touching food with their dirty hands that were being used to touch everything else… very unsanitary. employees were very behind on schedule. the drive thru was backed up and in store it took forever to get serviced
