Earlier in the day I accidentally left my credit card at the restaurant. Upon realizing this mistake I immediately went to Wendy's to ask if it was at their drive through. I asked for the manager and the employee pointed to her and she looked at me for a brief moment as I tried to explain the situation. She turned her back on me and started cooking fries instead. I asked for another manager but a different employee came to my aid instead. I asked if there was another manager available because the current one was ignoring me. She pointed to the same woman, who looked at me again, continued to ignore my presence and cook food. At this time, the second employee went to the driver through area, found the card and verified it was mine with my driver's license. THE MANAGER IGNORED ME THE ENTIRE TIME with complete disregard! Unprofessional behavior and honestly disrespectful. I'm going to encourage my family to no longer patronize this location. They won't care but this review will be seen anyway. Terrible managerial character was displayed.

I was impressed with the AI menu board that takes your order however, I was charged twice. I gave my debit card to the cashier and I have 2 different transactions on that day that have already stopped pending WTH

Damn it's the end of an era! A bunch of other local Wendy's have closed with service down the drain. This particular location does great. That was until I asked for a sauce at the window and the lady berated me as if her paychecks pay for the sauce! LOL really lady? I understand it maybe corporate policy for 1 sauce per nugget order but learn some customer service. All your worried about is surviving in your job another day. There won't be one when we stop coming to purchase cause of your silly tone.

I do not understand how people still eat here , bad overall experience is expensive you can get much more better food someplace else at less price , but the sad part is that manager and employee don’t care , it is a what it is type of service .

A.I. is the worst idea for a drive through!
They tolerated me screwing with the AI server at 12:00 in the morning.
10/10 would come again. (To actually order food that time instead of lemonade.)

The new AI ordering system is pretty amazing at this location. The food was actually subpar and add a late night order, they were missing some items and we had to come around on the drive-through.

I did drive thru for breakfast. There's a special for $1.02 in a sauge,egg & cheese biscuit. Couldn't make that at home for that price! Thanks Wendy.

I am very disappointed and upset when I reach my house I open my salad and find that all my tomatoes were only peels of tomato. The fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were old. I tried calling but nobody answered. I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I want my money back. what a disappointment. I didn't even get a receipt. good thing that I use my card for proof of purchase. All this happened in drive-thru at 11:55 p.m.
