This place has been the local neighborhood Wendy's for years, and I have not seen many changes besides the new staff every other month New faces. As me being a health food inspector, of course they did not know; but I played cool order a Dave single for a $1 that they had post on the Wendy's store front window.also on the Wendy's app. The manager told me that she couldn't honor me the price because it was no longer on the app. I stated to her that if it was discontinued, it would have to come off the app. She reasured me that it was not on there, so she made a phone call speaking in Spanish, come back to the register, and make the same statement that the promotion was over. By time that, 3 others that were standing in line wanted to order the same item. After waiting, going back in forward for a $1 burger ? she then told me after the other customers left that she was doing me a favor this one time but she will not be able to do that again. I gave her a look like how you figure you doing me a service,when the app clearly tells you how to redeem the discount & you have it posted on the Wendy WIndow. As she explains in Spanish to another manager, I notice that NO ONE WASHES THERE HANDS NOR SANITIZE AFTER touching many things with the same gloves on. one associate was standing on the bin where the fries pushed her hair back behind her ear 3x with gloves on. I watch her serve others the food. I saw a few cooks touch her glasses to put back on her face while using the same gloves on her hand. The manager in drive thru short Asian women touch her headpiece, take money with gloves, and serve the customers without changing the gloves. I page another health inspector to visit the store because I was not assigned to the store and boy ohhhhhhh boyyyyyy. LETS just say they have to do better, and I will not be returning. FOR THE RECORDS WENDY'S STILL HAVE THE SPECIAL GOING ON AS OF TODAY 4/5/2024

Ten to fifteen years ago this Wendy’s was so good! Great quality fast food. Now…. Soggy or burnt fries, burnt or undercooked chicken, overcooked breakfast food, food is not wrapped, stale cookies, watered down drinks… I thought it was a one time thing but everytime I give this Wendy’s a chance again, it disappoints. The food quality is just terrible. Burger King and McDonald’s is nearby and their food is at least not burnt, soggy, and so on. No more Wendy’s spicy nuggets ☹️

Their food has become lackluster. Their fries are the worst of any fast food restaurant. Their soda machines look as if they haven’t been cleaned/maintained for months. Their dining room is not as clean as it should be.
To start, the employees were nice, still the location very obviously lacks management. There was no ice in the soda machines, half the sodas were completely out, our order was wrong while mine was cold, bathrooms were out of paper towels and dirty with a broken light flickering away.Parking: Terrible location with not very many spots.

I like Wendy’s and all that but what I don’t like is the attitude sometimes I feel like the manger should be a little more hard on them and make them more kind like Chick-fil-A has amazing positive attitude . Just try to make them more kind and less rude .
