After waiting for over an hour after my estimated pickup time, the store couldn't tell me how long more my order was going to take, so I told them to cancel and refund my money, I was told the GM was going to process my refund within a day, is been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my refund. I went to the store twice to try to talk to the GM and I always get the same story that he/she is not available. My best advice to you, do not pay for online orders until they give you the food otherwise they steal your money.

It’s a shame. The food used to be really good here. I don’t know what happened in the last year and a half to two years, but I’ve seen a real decline in the quality of its wings, especially their fries the staff there really overcook their fries nowadays to the point where inedible. Please do better y’all

I can't stand this location no more now that my favorite manager nicky is no longer here,she kept this location running the right way.these people now can barely speak English and the food sucks under cooked chicken burnt fries these people always forgetting to put the ranches in my bag... I ordered my food ahead of time and come in I still have to wait the cashier is just standing there has no idea when I'm going to get it and I so happend to look on the rack and there it is and of course all my food cold...bring nicky back please

I been in several wing stop. I do not see the reason people rate this store so low, they seemed to be a really busy store so it is expected to wait.
Terrible service. I placed my order at 11:15 and they made us wait to give it to us when the order was on the stand, done for 10 minutes. We ordered bbq, garlic parm, honey, and Louisiana rub. I open my order and three of the chicken flavors are all plain. They just threw some flavor on the bottom. My chicken tasted plain and I ordered 3 different flavors. So dissatisfied and upset and I always go to this wingstop. I am not eating all this plain chicken with my family. Just because it’s almost time to close doesn’t mean you should not do your job good for those people buying it and are eating it because this was our dinner!! Never again.

I ordered online and paid online was waiting in line and another customer walks in and approaches the counter and speaks to an associate and he proceeds to get her order first. He walks over to the window and says can you move and allow this lady here and I said politely I was ahead of her his response well I got hers first. What happened to good customer service ???

Approx 12:00am on 09/15/2024. Since when is OK to make wings and put the sauce on top of the wings? No ice on the soda machine either. They let my wings stay in the bag for a while bc they forgot to make some fries.
Save yourself the headache and go to Flanigans. Much better wings.
