For a change the restaurant was clean, the attendant was actually at the counter, there was no mess nor horse play in the kitchen area, order was done correctly, the team prepared the order with the especial instructions requested. Plenty cheese and very light bbq sauce. As a surprise I was even given a sampler before placing my order. A first at this location for the past 5+ or so years. A change of management or ownership must happened. Very nice experience!!

The food was good the employees were really nice and the store was clean . This store changed a lot it used to be a big mess but today even tho was 4 of July and it’s a busy day everything was perfect congrats to the new management team !!

Was our first experience and will be the last. Unfortunately after 30 mins of waiting we went up and asked how much longer to find out they were not even cooking our food. So we had to wait longer and our food was not worth waiting for.

Not sure what change in management happened but ever since the new management team has came in the customer service is lack to none. Maria on the phone displayed a level of disrespect and unprofessional that I’ve never experienced before.
I have never seen a restaurant with this many 1 ratings, what is going on here at this restaurant? They took my money and never delivered my order. What a scam. Do not order delivery from this restaurant. They called from the gate but never showed up at my house. I guess the delivery person was a bit hunger!
