I will never come here again. The wait for chicken wings is over an hour. The services is horrible. The food is not good. Major waste of time! Do not recommend.

Service in this store was terrible (15999 Pines Blvd, 33027) One of the employees was loud and obnoxious, saw there was a line and said “they can wait”. My food was ready and sat on the shelf for 10 minutes because no employees came to the front. I had to call an employee for them to give me my order.

This location uses old grease to cook their fries. The fries always look overcooked and burnt..other wigstop locations have golden colored fries. I stop coming to this location for over 6 months and came back tonight due to the location and I was once again disappointed by the way the fries were cooked?

Cashier was friendly and helpful with helping me decide what to order. Our food was ready pretty quick. The Cajun Chicken Sandwich was very tasty. I’ve ordered for delivery from this location as well but the boneless wings were dry and hard and some way too much sauce. Seems to be hit or miss with this spot.

Worst place to order from! Lesson learned. They never answer the phone and worst part is I have given this location several chances and they fail every time. When you place an order they take WAAAAAAAY to long, as an unacceptable amount of time. Door dashes always canceled my orders, save yourself the aggravation and do not order pickup or delivery from this place!
