This is the best Wing Stop store I’ve ever been to. The staff is great and extremely helpful. So, I just messed up my order pick up time. Instead of picking up at noon I chose the option of picking up at 12am (midnight) by mistake. I went to the store on oct 31st at noon to pick up and they said the order was for last night. They did help me and got the approval from district manager to be able to re-do the order again at no cost!. Britania and Derek were the 2 employees that help me with this. Now, this is real customer service! Thank you!

went in store to get food and it took forever nobody said there would be a wait when we got there and we ended up waiting 1 hour for 11 wings and a fry. we asked the lady how much longer it would take after only being there for 30 mins and she said 10 when it was an additional 30. if there’s a wait to get food at least advise people. fries had no seasoning on them also.

We got 8 different flavors of boneless and bone in wings. Had high hopes after our first experience with another Wingstop location set the bar very high. Unfortunately while our first visit involved some amazing, crispy, juicy tenders - this visit's wings were less than stellar. While the boneless wings were mostly plump, they weren't necessarily juicy and not crispy. The bone in wings had good flavor but but plump. We tried the mango habanero, original hot, spicy Korean q, hot honey rub, Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and the limited time elote flavor. Our faves were the spicy Korean q and hot honey. Also got an order of fries since they were epic last time, this time they were way less seasoned that previous and both times I selected regular level. Was not consistent. May giver it a try again for the the tenders but would not order either wings again. On the positive side, the cashier at the front was incredibly friendly and staff was also friendly and hard at work.
Went on may 1st around 8:10 pm and they had 3 guys working. Only one at the front taking orders. Maybe a high school kid, young brown kid, with a very bad attitude. Horrible service, not only did he have a horrible attitude while taking my order, lack of energy and customer service but also took my order down wrong. I asked the guy if he was having a long day. Thought maybe he was tired, but he just had a bad attitude altogether. He answered “no the time here passes by fast” I was amazed by how unpleasant this guy was. It’s just not possible to explain the lack of energy this guy had working there. I didn’t mind that at first, we just sat down and waited for our order, I wished him a good day, thanked him and left. When we opened our food later we found out this guy gave us a completely wrong order. He charged me for extra sauces and gave me only ranch. I asked for boneless wings and he gave me normal wings. I’m not a type of guy to complain about that, and just go back and complain and make a big deal out of it. We just ate our food and that’s it, that’s life. But it’s very frustrating to have to go through experiences like that specially with a big name company like Wingstop. I don’t know what’s going on with them but over time their food and customer service has gotten worse. The manager in the store or somebody has to look into how this kid works, and the company has to do better.

Let me tell you, I’ve had two bad experiences with other wing stop restaurants and I was ready to mentally block this place out for good. Especially now with food prices so high, I’d be out of my mind to pay for ill tasting food, bad service, or to walk into a restaurant and have my feet sticking to the dirty floors (wingstop location Miramar).
My wife loves wingstop and for her I decided to give it another try, however I’d check the reviews first, this location has a 4+ rating and recent reviews about the team members. The minute we walked in, everything was clean, lights vibrantly showcasing the entire location, with welcoming staff! The lady at the front counter was pleasant to took our order with diligence.
The cooks were well groomed, happy to be there and cooked our food with ease. I watched as the chef tossed our fries and corn in the seasoning. How he took care to package the food carefully. He also interacted with the family there who had just finished eating and were looking for the trash cans. He smiled and said it’s okay you could leave it there, which shows me not only are they pleasant, the team there cleans the dining area after every customer!
We were given our food and we decided to have a little car picnic to enjoy the weather, when I tell you the food was so fresh, carrots carried extra crunch, wings tasty to the point both my wife and I did a little dance because the food was so good. So much joy in the entire experience all for under $25 dollars!
