My son planned an engagement proposal at the restaurant, the day of a huge storm hit and the MOD Shae was perfect! She pivoted and made sure the show would still go on! Without her, I think I would have been an absolute mess figuring this out! After the engagement, we had a party of 14 to eat dinner and our Server Madalyn was AMAZING!! This place definitely knows what they’re doing and how to treat their guest! My son and his fiancé will remember this day forever!

We love Casino Beach Bar! As a loyalty member though, I can recommend the food, service and views. For anyone needing to use their restrooms, just don’t! I’ve been 3 days in a row and the toilets are all disgusting! I spoke with the manager who said they are used a lot and they can’t keep up with cleaning them. I assure you, they have not been cleaned once in the 3 days straight I was in there. It was obvious in every stall I attempted to use. There is no excuse for a nice restaurant to allow their restrooms to get that bad. They should be checked every hour with the traffic that comes through there. Take pride in your restaurant! It is a tourist destination and the locals support you. Just do better!

Spicy marg and calamari are 10/10! Beautiful view but small menu. Def miss the brunch they used to have!

This place is the worst. Been here over an hour and still no food. Lots of vacant unbussed tables with a wait. Food is very slow to come out. Never again.

Really good food in an area full of tourist traps. The calamari fries were cooked perfectly and the gumbo was excellent. Be steps from the beach was wonderful for the kids

We sat ourselves today, as the sign said. 14 minutes of being ignored by the wait staff we left. I mean IGNORED. No, well be right with you, no I'm coming in a sec, nothing! One blond came to the table next to us and I thought ok, here we go, NO, turned her back and walked away. They didn't appear to be that busy, there were many empty tables, inside and out. We were outside. We'll not go back. Just rude. What, you don't like bald guys, brunette women!? People with money?

And after your response, the answer is no. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and your staff failed. Upon going to work today a told my friends and the one thing I heard over and over was that no one was surprised.

We went today about 130 the sign said seat yourself we did. We sat for well over 15 mins we had a waitress come to the table beside us twice and Noone even acknowledged we were there. Not even a hey we will be with you soon. It was not very busy and there were at least 3 waitresses working outside so staffing did not appear to be an issue. We are local and wanted to try a new place and friends at work said we would love it but we just left. Noone even said hey can we help as we left we were just invisible. We went back to Crabs where at least they acknowledge you and get your drinks started. Will never come back. Please let wait staff know how important it is to say hey will be with you soon. Allowing people to sit over 15 minutes is terrible customer service so our 100 dollar lunch for 2 people went to Crabs instead and we come out weekly.
