The food & cocktails are delicious!! The atmosphere was great when dining inside, listening to the live music on the patio & also when we went back to watch the Blues from the rooftop bar! We had the BEST time & the staff was wonderful every visit!!

Felix's Restaurant & Oyster Bar offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive service in a welcoming atmosphere. The oysters are a highlight, especially the Beinville, Rockefeller, and Charlie grilled oysters, which are highly recommended. The crab dip is also tasty. The gumbo Yaya is delicious, though slightly over salted, and the roast beef poboy is incredible. Fried pickles are among the best in a long time, and the catfish with crawfish cream sauce is flavorful. The sautéed veggies are so good that some guests take them home. The bread pudding with whiskey sauce is also delicious. The staff, including waitstaff like Ms. Zoey, are very friendly and provide quick, hot food. While side dishes like cole slaw and cheese grits are ordinary, the overall experience is enjoyable, especially for seafood lovers and social gatherings. The restaurant is especially lively during events like Bands on the Beach.
