Ice Cream Shoppe at Pensacola Beach

Loved visiting this place!! Will be back for sure!

Four of us went to The Ice Cream Shoppe, all got different flavors, and ALL said this was the best ice cream we've ever had! The servers are so sweet and kind. We also have a severe egg allergy, and when we mentioned that they went through the whole protocol with checking ingredients, new gloves, changed out serving utensils, and got a fresh tub of ice cream from the back! I am so, so impressed and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Update 2026 - still a great location for ice cream in Pensacola. It’s a bit expensive, but on par for a tourist destination anywhere else and actually more reasonable than another nearby shop. They continue to offer a variety of rotating flavors. Updated photos and menu below.

Delicious ice cream. Reasonably priced. Got two scoops- the bourbon truffle and brownie batter. Both great but there are not many brownie chunks in it just a heads up. They allow samples before you buy. Lady was very very nice and informative. I went to order a scoop of cookie monster and she let me know it wasn't the traditional blue one! They have candy by the pound, cans of soda and fudge, chocolate covered oreos, etc as well. I got some gummy sharks and dark chocolate pecans for my brother and they tasted good. Would go back if I was in the area.

Such a cute place! Ice cream was amazing. We got one scoop each, 3 bowls and one cone and 3 candy bags spent $48. Not too bad in my opinion. Staff was very friendly.

Lots of flavors! Some regular and some unique! They also have some ice cream alternatives.
They also offer chocolates/truffles/fudge. Additionally, candy and chocolate pieces to buy by ½lb+/-. The workers were super friendly too!

Ice cream was delicious, staff was friendly, but all of the candy we bought was not good at all. We spent a pretty penny on it too.

Nice little ice cream shop!

Cute little place. Loved the vibes and their products. We loved their chocolates more than their ice cream. Everything is good. Nice experience.
In ice cream, we just opted single scoop for Pistachio and Blue Moon- both were good.
From the chocolate section, we had - White Mocha Truffle and Tiramisu Truffle - and both were outstanding.
