For dinner, I had the lamb lollipops, and they were tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We shared the charcuterie board, which was not only high quality but also had gluten-free crackers, a detail I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a restaurant that offers such great gluten-free options without compromising flavor or presentation. Service was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale, and I left genuinely impressed. Salt is far more than a hotel restaurant. We're SO happy we went, the food was wonderful, tasty, delicious and abundant and it was truly great value for what you get there. “We eat at this Cava a couple times a week. For the majority of the time it's a decent experience and we keep returning if that tells you anything. My suggestions are to make sure you confirm that the rice and lentils are cooked appropriately because sometimes those ingredients are still uncooked/hard as rocks. Watch them add your toppings because they seem to want to rush you through that process and they tend to skip toppings that you request because they are in a hurry to keep things moving.“

“Great restaurant, Amanda was a wonderful server. She had delicious recommendations. The calamari was too salty but cooked good and the sauce with it was so tasty. Loved the chicken schwarma and lobster ravioli. Decor was beautiful and enjoyed the overall experience. We will be back.“
