They straight up lied and let multiple people ahead without reservations and with more people. They shove big groups in small booths. They could work on how they control people who wait. The having to wait isn't an issue, it's how they treat you when you're waiting. They were completely disrespectful and rude. If anything the worst part of the sidelines experience is the workers. Not even the waiters but the hostesses.

First off.. Barbara our server, was fantastic and very helpful. We were so hungry after spending all morning boogie boarding at Stanford beach. Every meal we had was hot, fresh and delicious. The cocktails were yummy and so needed and the outside patio was great for ppl coming directly from the beach. Loved our lunch experience and definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area! Thank you Barbara!

Had dinner 6/13/26. Food was great and beer was cold. Ribs and burger were great. Sat at the bar and ate. Lots of locals eat at this sports bar. Several TVs and one bartender even put the College World Series Game when I asked. The reason why I gave a 4 was that sitting next to me at the bar was a couple with a dog. I love dogs, but they do not belong at a restaurant sitting at a bar.
I would still return because of the quality of food and excellent bar service.

This was a good place with more reasonable pricing than some of the other places close by. I would recommend unless you wants more authentic seafood then maybe one of the other places but it was good and staff was good.
The fried oyster ussy was absolutely amazing 10/10 recommend

We waited an hour for our food. The service was low quality, but when we got our check, 20% gratuity was already fixed in. So, it makes sense why the service was poor because they know their tip is already fixed in. Leads to low effort. Also, without letting him know, they charged my friend 4 extra dollars to grill the shrimp he ordered. $4 extra to cook his food…

One of the most popular spots on the beach, great food and atmosphere, tons of TV'S. I sat at the bar for lunch, Lauren was my bartender, she was super sweet and helped me with the menu and my order. The food came out excellent in a reasonable time. I got the Honey BBQ Burger, so so good!! You can never go wrong with Lauren at Sidelines!

We were on vacation and gave it a try. Great menu great prices. I had the ribs very good fall off the bone. Kids had cheeseburger which they loved other kid had the beef sandwich. A lot to choose from if we stayed longer would have definitely went there again. Waitress was super nice and good at her job. If your on vacation give this place a try. Your missing out if you don’t try this place.
