“We sat at the bar yesterday Sunday, April 12, 2026 around 3:30pm. We’ve eaten at Khon’s several times since moving to Pensacola a year and a half ago and the food and service have always been really good. Well, yesterday it was absolutely amazing! Devon was our server and she was so great. She made sure everything was perfect and never let our glasses get empty without offering more. She is such a wonderful server and so friendly. We ordered the Hot Chili Shrimp and the Cambodian Chicken and Rice. Both were cooked to perfection and so delicious. We were still enjoying ourselves and started talking to the sushi chef, Isabella. What a delightful person she is! We decided to order one of her signature rolls and it did not disappoint! We will be back for the Harbor Heat roll again and again! Both Devon and Isabella made your restaurant a fantastic experience for us yesterday. Give them a raise immediately! Khon’s on Palafox will now be one of my most recommended restaurants thanks to these great staff members you have working for you and the delicious food we ate. Kudos to the back of the house chef’s also! Didn’t get to meet them but they were on point yesterday as well.“

“Ambiance was very nice. Food was very good but on the salty side. We got the calamari, grilled catch of the day, and two Salt burgers. The gilled catch of the day was very salty (good, fresh triple tail though). The Salt burgers were very tasty, but the edges of the burger patties were salty. Calami was very good. We loved the fried pepperoncinis that came with the calamari (excellent idea!) We would come back but hoping the chef woukd go lighter on the salt. Not sure if the "Salt" name means that everything would be salty? We are from New Orleans and our foods are very well seasoned, but our orders are even taltier than Cajun food. Besides for the saltiness, we love our visit. Will definitely stay at the Hilton next time.“
