“I recently dined at Salt and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I began with the cow soup paired with focaccia bread, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For an appetizer, I ordered the lamb lollipops, which were absolutely outstanding the pomegranate glaze was perfectly balanced and elevated the dish beautifully. For my entrée, I chose the capesante, and it did not disappoint. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the creamy Alfredo sauce was indulgent without being overwhelming. Portions were very generous, and I even had leftovers to enjoy later. Our server, Kylie, truly enhanced the evening. She was attentive, pleasant, and entertaining, and her wine recommendations were spot-on and thoughtfully selected. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience, and I will absolutely be returning for another dinner. Highly recommend.“

“We sat at the bar yesterday Sunday, April 12, 2026 around 3:30pm. We’ve eaten at Khon’s several times since moving to Pensacola a year and a half ago and the food and service have always been really good. Well, yesterday it was absolutely amazing! Devon was our server and she was so great. She made sure everything was perfect and never let our glasses get empty without offering more. She is such a wonderful server and so friendly. We ordered the Hot Chili Shrimp and the Cambodian Chicken and Rice. Both were cooked to perfection and so delicious. We were still enjoying ourselves and started talking to the sushi chef, Isabella. What a delightful person she is! We decided to order one of her signature rolls and it did not disappoint! We will be back for the Harbor Heat roll again and again! Both Devon and Isabella made your restaurant a fantastic experience for us yesterday. Give them a raise immediately! Khon’s on Palafox will now be one of my most recommended restaurants thanks to these great staff members you have working for you and the delicious food we ate. Kudos to the back of the house chef’s also! Didn’t get to meet them but they were on point yesterday as well.“
