We just moved to Enon and were excited to eat for the first time at The Dock. We were seated right away and let the waitress know we were excited to try for first time. We got our drinks but needed another minute to look at the menu. Our waitress NEVER came back. I walked around and found someone and she looked for our waitress. If you’re looking for a place to eat and have someone in a wheelchair, this place is NOT ada compliant. Someone needs to let them know that “accessible” doesn’t mean “no stairs”. If physically challenged people, are not able to sit at a table ….. it is in fact NOT accessible.
This hurts my heart. In 16 years I’ve never experienced this at a restaurant.
I have mixed feelings about my experience at The Dock. I took my first trip to Pensacola this past Saturday and Earlier in the day, I stopped by while enjoying the beach and had a great experience. The female server at the outside bar was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered two frozen drinks (they only come in one size), and everything was perfect; great vibe, great service.
