Sidelines was a win! We walked in at lunchtime, hungry and hoping for some good grub. We ordered the Crayfish Corn Chowder and the Crab Cake Sandwich and they were both amazing. That chowder was next level -- great texture and bold flavors. The sandwich was equally good as were their French fries. Our waitress was lovely -- cheerful and provided excellent service. The burger was delicious. The jerk wings were delicious. The portion of fries was sad. I ordered the sweet potato fries for $1.50 more, don't do it. There were less than a handful of fries and they were soggy. Maybe no love for take out orders.

We went here during Super Bowl & Mardi gra parade season. They were super busy but as busy as they were (we waited 1 1/2 hour to eat) it was so worth the wait! The service was good and the food was delicious. My husband and I shared a dozen fried oysters for our appetizer that were a pretty decent size then both of us got a burger with fries. I love that they will cook the burger to whatever temp you prefer (because I like mine on the rare side). The price wasn't bad at all!
