Pulled up to wait for my order. The employee didn’t even greet me, she continued to talk to her coworker the entire time. Once she completed her conversation, she looks to me and said “sorry darling, I was talking about my dream car, how are you? I tried telling her in a respectful way how she showed up as a person in customer service. She didn’t receive it well at all - hit me with an mm hmmm and no apology.

I ordered an iced white mocha with oat milk multiple times. I was brought a regular mocha iced coffee with dark chocolate syrup in it after discussing that this was incorrect. They brought me a new drink that did not have coffee in it. They just poured oat milk and cold foam into a new cup with NO coffee and then proceeded to try to argue that ice white mocha coffee always has dark chocolate syrup in it and it doesn’t I have never had anyone put dark chocolate syrup in a white mocha drink. Not pleased with this service today :(
Couldn’t wait to come to Florida to try it came three different times it was made differently each time no coffee at all just straight milk even asked for an extra shot last time and was made with less coffee than day prior !

Usually a pretty good experience and coffee! The last couple of times it seems they’re relying on the “past order” feature when taking orders so I end up with not what I’ve actually ordered that day. Today I asked for a small with cold foam, they bring me a medium with no foam. I asked again for a small with cold foam (I think the medium doesn’t taste as strong of coffee) and they bring me the medium with cold foam.
Its a coffee drive thru spot. And I love it!
