Kiddos wanted to try out their hot chocolate and I wanted to try something different. My iced coffee was great and the kids loved their hot chocolate. Customer service was excellent. Steven was very patient and helpful!!!
Usually a pretty good experience and coffee! The last couple of times it seems they’re relying on the “past order” feature when taking orders so I end up with not what I’ve actually ordered that day. Today I asked for a small with cold foam, they bring me a medium with no foam. I asked again for a small with cold foam (I think the medium doesn’t taste as strong of coffee) and they bring me the medium with cold foam.
Staff is always friendly and happy to greet my dog when we drive up. I always get a surprise drink and they never disappoint. I love the variety of drinks- energy, coffee, smoothies, etc.
