Beef Ramen Broth had no flavor other than beef fat. The meat used for everything is shaved ribeye; the bao buns, the sliders and the Ramen all had the same shaved beef.
The chicken Ramen had no flavor- what gave the Ramen flavor was the chili oil amd soy sauce we added to make it edible.
The chicken bao buns were literally a chicken nugget piece on a bao bun three times the size of the chicken portion. The pickels were delicious and should've requested more to give the bun that much more flavor.
The beef skewers were accompanied by some type of cole slaw (bc that was not kimchi).
Overall disappointed with the food, whis was disappointing because we had been wanting to check this place out for a while after reading recs. The server was cool and the atmosphere was okay.

Oh my god the food here is amazing! Best Asian fusion here in the gulf coast! I everything from desert to food dishes were pure indulgence!!! Must visit must eat!!! Vegans and vegetarians will also have a delight… recommend the kung pao, noodle bowl and the Korean sandwich and tacos… the veggie versions are also sumptuous!!! I’m coming here every time I make a trip down to the beach!

We just had the perfect lunch here. Chef Carl, Mandylynn, and their team are so friendly and fast, and the food was AMAZING. The new lunch menu did not disappoint. This was literally the best pork I’ve eaten. So unique and flavorful!

Edit: 86 Forks has been staple on my trips to Pensacola for a few years now, and I would always recommend them. Not sure what's happened to them over the last 6 months, but the quality of their food has really went downhill. Ive visted twice onver the last two months and have been very underwhelmed. They unveiled a new menu recently and removed several of their staple vegan/vegetarian items which was disappointing. They lack the consistency they once had. I'll give them another chance down the line, hopefully the menu and food quality kinks are worked out by then. Service is 10/10.

Mandy was amazing and I don’t say that lightly. She was very attentive and helpful. we dined outside with our puppy and she was so nice in regards to us and his wellbeing! We will be back to see Mandy.
