A GEM! The different flavor coffee and food were so fabulous. Super nice atmosphere and things to look at
Gud beans
I came in with a bag of espresso beans that I bought from the palafox market. They weren’t their beans (and yes I did feel bad bringing them in but I didn’t know where else to go to get them ground) but they grounded them for me anyways! I also ordered an iced latte and it was great!

If you love coffee and appreciate the depth and nuances of a fresh roasted brew, this is the place for you. If you love fine art and appreciate a place with a cozy vibe for studying, reading, or meeting with friends, this is the place for you. If you enjoy specialty drinks that can’t be found in any other cafes, this is the place for you! The best cold brew that I’ve ever had and a great selection for pour overs!

We enjoyed this spot each day of our Pensacola vacay. Friendly staff, really cute cafe for chilling, and lots of handmade gifts to browse. The coffee was very good. Something for everyone.
Great coffee, great service, lovely staff! Love their commitment to supporting local artists! They have a beautiful selection of original art for sale! Great coffee and food and great art - love this place!!!

Alla Prima Coffee Roaster — where the coffee is decent, the parking is a mythical concept, and the art prices will make you reconsider your own artistic potential.
Tried a regular latte with their spiced brown sugar flavor — not bad, and I appreciate the decaf option. Also sampled the blueberry ube latte, which was… interesting. Earthy, unique aftertaste, definitely a conversation starter — but $8.50 for a 12 oz cup? That’s artisan pricing for a drink that confused my taste buds.
Service was friendly and solid. The interior? It’s fine. Nothing to write home about unless you're really into slightly overpriced paintings and crochet pieces. Honestly, some of that art had me thinking “I could’ve made this — and I can barely draw stick figures.”
The real villain here is the parking. It’s essentially a scavenger hunt with the looming threat of being towed. Street parking only, and every nearby lot is guarded like Fort Knox unless you’re shopping elsewhere.
Overall: Come if you're nearby and curious, but maybe don’t make a pilgrimage — and definitely don’t come if parallel parking gives you anxiety.

I purchased a bag of 12 oz of Espresso Blend roasted coffee beans for $22.28. After tap to pay, Matt said “Make sure to always tip your barista.” I asked Matt if he owned the store and he said no. I found this comment to be highly disrespectful to the customer who did not order a drink, but simply was buying roasted coffee beans at “Coffee Roaster.” Honestly I don’t think I will be returning to this establishment given the attitude and culture of tip entitlement going on here.
Edit: Rating improved to reflect prompt response of management to my negative experience/review.

This coffee was great even though it wasn't made right I still enjoyed it!!
Everything I've had there is delicious: white chocolate, blueberry scones: coffees, chai lattes, etc = yum! The only thing that stinks is that only their drive thru is open on Wednesdays. :-(
Discrimination should have no place in any business, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. I will not support a place that treats people differently based on race, and I encourage others to be aware of this behavior.
Absolutely, hands down, the best espresso in Pensacola!
The shop was a pretty cool place. Nice people and service. I wouldn’t say this is speciality coffee by any means. I’m not sure if there are other speciality options in the area but I wouldn’t recommend here.
