Alla Prima Coffee Roaster is an absolute gem in Pensacola. The place has a super artsy, chill vibe inside—perfect for slowing down and enjoying a real coffee moment. Their espresso is the real deal, rich and perfectly pulled, and the European-style paninis are incredibly tasteful and fresh.
Everything feels thoughtfully made, from the drinks to the atmosphere, and it honestly made my short stay in Pensacola so much more memorable. If you love great espresso and a relaxed, creative space, this spot is a must. ☕️🥪✨

We visited Pensacola and came across Alla Prima’s tent on Palafox. Then we went over to the storefront and it was exceptional. Service and atmosphere is spectacular. Highly recommend and this will be a staple for us anytime we’re in the area.

REALLY good quality coffee, friendly staff, cute space, very cozy. Just the right sweetness and amazing flavors! Anyone complaining about the price just doesn't get it, unfortunately.

Was driving through Pensacola this morning. Stopped here to grab a coffee and a pastry. It was very close to when they opened, which is always nerve-racking because ya never know how ready a team will be. But this one was ready! They greeted me well, had a good vibe, and positive attitudes.
The girl that served my and took my order, I believe, was newer to working there, but the team around her was very supportive and excited to show her new things. She also seemed very capable.

Lastly, the Honduras drip coffee was one of the best drips of my 2025.

Buy gift card every year for my son n law so must be very very! Good ! He loves it

Coffee is great, but just dont understand how they are charging almost $10 for this small piece of dry, bland quiche. Im not here to troll, but its really not good. Its a good thing i got some coffee to help me choke this down on my road trip

This coffee was DELICIOUS and so high quality. I truly enjoyed the service, environment, and taste. The only problem was the price. I got a large iced latte with oat milk and it was almost ELEVEN dollars. I feel like the price was very ridiculous but everything else was great! Please consider lowering your prices because I would love to return here.

Nice hip little coffee shop not to far from the downtown and Palafox. Good coffee, good menu selection. Food is a little on the expensive side. Service was a bit slow as well. Several different types of their own roasts were available for purchase.

Had a big catering managers meeting today so we decided to try Alla Prima. Wowza. Coffee was excellent staff was very knowledgeable. Biscuits and sausage gravy awesome. And bought 5# of roasted beans.

I came in with a bag of espresso beans that I bought from the palafox market. They weren’t their beans (and yes I did feel bad bringing them in but I didn’t know where else to go to get them ground) but they grounded them for me anyways! I also ordered an iced latte and it was great!
