Rita was absolutely amazing, fun, she had a smile on her face and great recommendations for the food dishes and drinks! Such a friendly atmosphere and the lobster and the crab benedict were very delicious my husband and I agreed we‘ll have to come back for again. Get the lemon blueberry mimosas pitcher, thank me later! Ask for Rita!!! :)

This is my 2nd time eating at this location. I DO NOT recommend. The first time, I ate there they messed up my order. so, I had to come in so they can do a remake. The manger (Ronnie) did a remake and 15 mins later while I was eating my grits there was hair in my food AGAIN. I called 3x about the food and still nothing about it. No refund no nothing . A waste of $50. Thanks, Another Broken Egg for wasting my time in money and simply not fixing the issue. Days later still no call back.

will never return. I’m from Kansas city missouri and have been to many places with environments like the broken egg and this was the worse brunch experience ever. Ordered the country bowl thinking it was hash browns not grits and when i informed the woman i didn’t like grits and was not going to eat my food she didn’t ask if i wanted to change my meal or bring a manager over to see what could be done about my meal. As someone who’s worked in food my entire life, if a customer informed me they didn’t like their meal i would IMMEDIATELY would have grabbed the plate and took it to my manager explaining the situation and gotten the woman a new meal or seen if the manager could just take the meal off their bill since the woman didn’t eat ANY of the meal. But no nobody did anything when i told her, she walked away and tended to her other table. still paid for a 15$ meal that wasn’t touched and didn’t get to eat. Never will attend a broken again. Pensacola has the worse customer service i’ve seen in all my life of traveling, even internationally.

I absolutely adored Rita( out server) she was very sweet and accommodating. The food was fantastic and Catherine (the host) was absolutely lovely. We were seated and met with our server almost immediately. Our food came out very timely and was insanely flavorful. I recommend the Mardi Gra omelette with city grits and the Tiramisu French Toast!
