When you ask for sauce in the Drive Thru……. be specific!! On how many you are going to need. I asked for Arby’s and horsey sauce, I got 2 double beef and cheddar and 1 regular roast beef, they gave me 2 Arby’s sauce and 2 horsey. I didn’t have enough and threw one sandwich away, they aren’t that good without the sauce!!!

My family and I were so happily surprised with how friendly and ultra-clean the restaurant was! The staff was helpful and patient and read our large order back to be sure our picky eaters had theirs just right. Kids menu chicken was way overcooked to me, but they didn't complain. Best Arbys I've been to. Really happy w the visit. We will be back! Gotta get those cheese sticks.
Very clean restaurant, & friendly staff. We enjoyed ourselves and the food was perfect. My only plea is to bring back the spicy three pepper sauce. But seriously, not one complaint at all.

Just moved to Pensacola. Arby's on Mobile Highway has the best customer service team! They cared about their customers, not only in drive thru, but also in the restaurant! The restaurant was clean and food was amazing!! The employee also took the time to come out and make sure everything was good. Much appreciated!

The service was good and the store was clean but let's be honest you don't go to a food place for cold food and great service. The fries were cold and my sandwich had barely any cheese or sauce. My sons turnover had no filling. It was really a very big disappointment. I honestly can see why yall are failing. All the remodeling in the world won't save you. I won't be coming back.
