Service was as expected, and the food was hot. We did expect to have more meat on our sandwiches, the classic Arby's sandwich and the Smokehouse
Dietary restrictions: The 3 chicken strips don't cost too many points as for a weight watcher person if you eat 2. Then you can save the last chicken strip and put it in a different dish if you want. I had the small curly fries along with it too.

I order from this particular Arby's 3 times a week, but after tonight never again. I was treated the rudest most disrespectful way possible by the cashier and I was overly polite to her. This was racism in it's finest form and as a former GM for Arby's Inc. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

And the food is on average better than any of the big burger chains(around here)... They need to bring the All American roast beef back already, that one with all of the traditional burger toppings, and figure out what makes their chicken all stingy and rubbery. Because when it's good, it's decent, but when it's bad... I can't eat it(been about 30% of the time for me). I'm sure I don't have to tell you that the deals actually make it much cheaper than McDonald's, but there it is anyhow.
